The reviews from other people convinced me to buy these brakes and I am so glad I did. The rotors were cleanly machines, the pads make no noise at all. It comes with a tiny packet of lube which is more than enough for the job. The second wheel took about 15 minutes. The first one was a "learning experience". My 2013 Ford Focus is back on the road with great breaking power. I recommend replacing the discs and the pads at the same time. It's less hassle and you'll have better braking performance than if you have your brake discs machined and turned. Just as a reminder, purchase thread lock for the bolts, brake parts cleaner like Brakleen, which helps clean the machine oil and the brake assembly. There's plenty of videos out there on how to properly swap the rotors and the pads. ... show more

Perfect fit!!! It couldn’t have been easier. I’m VERY happy with Themis purchase. Saved me about $200 doing it myself. Handy tip: use a wire hanger to make your own caliper body hanger. Shape it into a U shape and hand the caliper body off the suspension spring.

They stop just as good as factory. There is tons of surface rust after only even a brief rain. If that doesn't bother you then these will work great for ya. Just remember to follow the bead in procedure.

I bought this for my 2013 ford focus and it fit perfectly. I drive this car daily for commuting to and from work and this kit delivers. All the parts required to replace the front disk brakes and rotors were included as was a tube of caliper grease. The rotors come with a protective coating of light oil to prevent rust. Great value! These pads and rotors seem to be very good quality for the price. I was impressed with them right out of the box. Fit for my 2013 Focus (front brakes) was very good! Time will tell on durability but so far so good. If they last and continue to perform well, its 5 stars!!!

    • Trouble-free install, no noise, no vibration
I've had the brake rotors and pads for a few weeks now and I have to say I'm really pleased even though this kit was one of the least expensive. The install went well, the only trouble was the wheels were stuck to the hub, a common Ford problem apparently. The rotors and pads were easy to put on and make no noise or vibration at all. I won't know about longevity for a couple of years but the pads are made of a ceramic material and the rotors are machined very smooth. Picked these up from a recommendation from a friend. Installed really easily, and came with almost everything I'd need. The only thing missing was some blue locktite, but that's nothing. The only reason that I dropped a star was that they do release a lot of brake dust, but I'll live with that considering how well they stop the car. Will definitely be looking to get these for our other car, and probably for any in the future. ... show more
