Last year I bought an RX330 that had 205,000 miles on it, but it had been very well maintained. Being a dyed in the wool DYI guy I've had a lot of fun working on it. The old brakes were stopping the car okay, but there was a definite pulsing in the brake pedal which was irritating to me, so I decided to replace the brakes and rotors all the way around. Using the PowerStop brake kit was the right choice. Everything fit and after following the manufacturer's bed in procedure, it stops just fine. One note, I didn't order the parking brake pads but probably should have. They work just fine, but as long as I was in there, they would have been easy to replace at the same time. ... show more

Overall I'm very happy with the quality of the this brake kit. Price/performance ratio is excellent. The only reason I did not give these a 5 star rating is because I wish the rotors had some kind of coating to prevent rusting of the "hats". This can be remedied by cleaning the new rotors with brake cleaner, covering the rotor area that comes in contact with the brake pads and then spraying the hats with some rustoleum paint your choice of color to prevent rusting. ... show more

I've been using Power stop products for about 10 years now. At 1st the quality was ok. Installed them on a 2009 Cobalt SS. After a few hard pulls, they started pulsating. Normal driving is fine, just under hard braking you get some pulsating. I have them on a 1998 Trans Am, Buick Grand National, Hyundai, Lexus, Silverado, and several other vehicles, and have no issues.
