    • Rear rotors quick to rust
Style: Stock Replacement Kit
Purchased these in Oct 2017. Good kit and easy to install. Was happy initially with the product. After 1.5 year, I've had to replace the rear rotors and pads not due to wear, but due to the build up of rust on the rotor that forms on the braking surface every time it's damp/rains and it takes about a mile to clean off. As a result the rotor became heavily glazed and pitted and pulsed during heavy braking. Am not impressed with longevity of the product. Front rotors seem to be fine. Not sure if the rear rotors were a bad batch? Update: I've now had to replace the front rotors due to pulsing and glazing as well. Disappointed. ... show more

    • Pads and rotors are good quality. Clip hardware fits poorly resulting in squeaky brakes.

Rotors and pads were an exact fit for my 2013 Rav4. Unfortunately the clip hardware used to retain the pads is a poor fit so they come in slight contact with the rotors when the vehicle takes a turn. This causes the clip hardware to make a squeaking sound every time you turn the car and are not breaking. The poor fit of the clip hardware also makes the new brake pads harder to install. I have years of experience replacing brakes, so I know what I am doing. First time I've ever had this kind of problem. I figured that after a few miles the hardware would wear down and squeaking would go away. I'm 3,000 miles into driving with these new brake parts and they still squeak. Braking is quite good and smooth, but the slight squeaks are annoying. Would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the poor clip hardware. ... show more
