Just received the brake kit. It claims that they will send an "upgraded stainless steel hardware kit," though it was not included in my package. It also did not include the brake grease shown in the picture, but I suppose it did not advertise that in the page's text. A little disappointing. I will update this review after I install the brakes. If it goes smoothly and they work well, I will increase the stars. UPDATE: Installed the brakes a couple of days ago. Everything fit as it should. I used the hardware from the old brakes since the new hardware was not included. Braking has been good since the install and no squeeking or rubbing has been heard yet. So far, so good, as far as I can tell. If I remember, I'll give an update on the life of the brakes as they wear down. ... show more

Worked great for about a month and after coming out of winter storage in climate controlled storage the rotors were so rusted up I had to replace the rotors after only about 800 miles of use. I've been a professional classic car restorer/body man/ certified mechanic for 50+ years and IMHO these rotors are junk , the pads were fine , but should be with only about 2K miles of total use, but only after having to replace the rotors. Installed last night and got the brakes broken in slightly. The results are not bad but it definelty not the same as the other higher end powerstop model brakes. I will be using this truck to go hunting and back, we will see how it holds up. Will update in a year

I installed this kit on my 2006 Xterra with out a problem. I just followed the directions and ended up with a quality install and a product that work really well. Why pay a mechanic to do something you can do for about 1/4 of the money?
