Bought these to replace the original brakes on my 2007 Dodge Charger R/T that had 152,000 miles on the original brakes, I bought the pads & rotors, all hardware was included in the kit, the grease was also included but there wasn’t enough to grease to grease everything that the instructions said to grease! One more packet of grease would have been enough! I would have given a five star rating if it wasn’t for the grease problem! ... show more

Recommend painting center of rotor with heat tolerant paint prior to installation. Rotors rust within a week. Or buy the coated rotors.

Got these brakes and in October 24' and it's now late July 25'. I heard Powerstop were decent brakes and they were cheap at the time, so I caved and got these. They came with all the same OEM hardware and were cleaned before put onto the car. The pads and rotors were great for the first few months, but only two months in they started squeaking badly, and yes I made sure to use brake lubricant as well as lubricate the guide pins. I get that they are ceramic style and need to heat up otherwise they will squeak when cold but even after going through mountains and hills and warming them up a decent amount the high pitch squeak never went away, which is disappointing when the marketing for the pads is reduced noise. Although these aren't the anti-rust coated rotors, I still expected slight resistance to rust but after one day of rain, the hat of the rotor was already starting to get fairly rusty, so something to be mindful of is these will DEFINTELY rust quickly, and if your worried about that then get the coated ones (although in the end I don't really recommend these brakes). The bad thing with these rotors though is that they already warped. I know that can be attributed to driving styles causing warpage but I really only drive on the highway with occasional town driving, and for the most part don't encounter traffic when I am on the highway so the brakes aren't used as much compared to city or town use. I did measure the rotor and found it's out of round by about 0.04mm near the limit of traditional out of round rotors, so I'm disappointed they didn't last very long. Overall, they did function fairly well up until recently with the rotors warping, and they still do stop the car; however, I'm disappointed with the very quick rust build up, the squeaking pads a couple months in, and definitely upset the rotors warping. I feel like they are good brakes temporarily if they are on sale or something, since they do the job well just with my experience not very long. Hope this helps! ... show more
