    • Only issue is clips were wonky
Saw another review that said the hardware had to be bent to get them to work, but bought them anyway. Got them installed tonight, but had the same issue. The clips fit into the retaining bracket just fine, but the pad itself is incredibly hard to get into place with the clearance they give you. The edges of the clips would need to be bent back to allow the pad to slip in. With that said...i personally wound up just cleaning the clips from the previous brakes and installing them that way. Fit fine with the old clips in place, just not with the new ones. You generally don't want to reuse them, but, i didn't exactly have another option without deforming them, which would arguably be just as bad or worse than just reusing the old ones in my very nonprofessional opinion. Would have been perfect if they just made the clips better. Anyway, brakes are installed, quiet and work great. Happy to be rid of that crunchy metal sound, especially at 60-70% of the cost of Duralast or similar. We'll see how they hold up. ... show more
