My old brakes weren't horrible - plenty of pad left and the rotors only had minor wear. There was really nothing wrong with them. But I was looking for an excuse to tey these out, so the first squeak I heard from the brakes and I placed my order. (Honestly, it could have been from the clapped-out 1989 Accord next to me at the light, but we'll never know...) Installation is straightforward as far as brakes and rotors go. Took 2 hours front and rear. All parts were there, including new caliper slide boots, which I wasn't expecting. (Don't forget to service these!!) Once the car was back on the ground and the pads were seated, time for break-in. Follow the included instructions!! Five 40-10mph hard decelerations, five more from 35-5, drive without stopping for 5 minutes to cool. Once that was done and the rotors were cooled, the braking improvements were incredible. Like I said, the factory brakes weren't really bad, but these just made a HUGE difference. No noise, no chatter, no vibrations. The brakes feel solid and stopping distance is definitely shorter. 100% satisfied! ... show more

All I can say (as not a mechanic) was this was really easy and straightforward to install. I even serviced the caliper pins. I am not going to lie, the rear rotor was absolute hell to take off, but that was because of rust and what such. Thank goodness for brake cleaner. The caliper tops were a bit of of a mystery to get off, but once I figured that out it was easy peasy. The vehicle got new brakes and rotors and stopping really good now. They were a great fit for my 2015 STP Charger R/T. Encountered one small problem. The hardware clips for the rear pads were incorrect but thankfully I didn’t start the install until I made sure I had everything I’d need. No biggie cause I live a half mile from Autozone. Now as far as performance goes they do stop better than the OEM brakes. My car and brakes had 60,000 miles on them so it was time for a change. The pads that were on the car were horrible for brake dust! Always had dirty looking wheels and I hated it! These new powerstop pads and rotors leave way, way less dust. The difference is incredible. Install was a breeze and as stated before everything fit no problem! Very happy with this purchase and when I need new brakes and rotors again I’ll be looking at powerstop for my purchase! ... show more

Huge difference in performance from OEM definitely do the bedding correctly to get these to stop on a dime, they are great when you heat them up, after 6 months started getting noise from one side, and after 4 months one of them started to rust like crazy, I don't live anywhere near salt or corrosives, I take care of my things, so keep in mind how the rotors might look after a bit of use. Update: 4/19/2025 avoid these brakes, bad quality, rusted up quick as mentioned before and they no longer stop/bite like they use to! They also make noise! They look good perform good the installation was Good no extra work fits like Original with , just make sure u get more of the lubricant because it only comes with one tiny packet with barely any lube and is not enough you’ll be squeezing it to the last drop, 4 stars because the rotors look great but not the best quality material and because there’s not enough lube for a brake kit with 8 pads. I replaced the OEM parts on a 2015 Challenger RT. The change in the look of the wheels is appreciable. The pads did not squeal like many new pads. The stopping power is at least as good as OEM, but seems better. Installation was straight forward with no fitment modification required. So far, the only regret I have is I did not spend the extra money for the set including calipers. I have not used the parts for very long but, unless the longevity is poor, I will continue to use Power Stop products. ... show more

I put these on a 2015 Challenger R/T. About thee months ago. I am quite happy with the purchase. Before buying I contacted customer service to make sure I had the right part (The factory brakes were optioned as "heavy duty") These brakes are far superior to the orginal factory brakes.... which had started to pulstate, twice, after being trimmed once. I am going to buy a set for my son, who has a 2016 challenger with 34K. The factory brakes pulstate just as mine did. I am not impressed with the OEM Mopar Brakes, but I am impressed with these.
