Ordered this kit specifically because it’s was supposed to be a “complete kit”. When I received the package, I noticed immediately the calipers were not in the box. I called the number that says “for missing or broken pieces, please call ....”. The person I spoke with worked directly for PowerStop and seemed like she knew nothing about parts for brakes. Then pretty much told me since I purchased through amazon that she couldn’t help me.     • An F350 Perspective

So yeah they worked fine for the first 3000 miles. After that they were completely done. I have a 2004 F350 ext. long bed 6.0 and it ate these brakes for lunch. First off, I knew the rotors were untrue as soon as I put my foot down to avoid a soccer mom. They worked good enough and I had to run the truck so I kept them on. After about 2500 miles I had my firsts squeaks start to arise, no shaking surprisingly. After 5000 miles I can’t hit the brakes without squeaking and the truck shakes hard at low speed stoping. Rotors are warped like my stock ones were back in the day and have deep groves in them. Upon taking off my pads I saw that those were actually in pretty good shape, just a bit of uneven wear starting at the bottom but considering what they had been through I’d say those are the most rock solid piece in this kit. My recommendation would be to buy a set of rotors from the local mom and pop auto place and throw these pads on them. Hope I helped someone save some time and effort ... show more

I'm giving this set 5 stars not because it is perfect, but because the value it 5/5. Being around half as much as OEM parts, this is a great system, and powerstop makes the install easy sending just about everything you need with the exception of fluid. My only complaint is the "powdercoating", which begins to flake off when you rub the calipers on mounting surfaces, however it does stand up exceptionally well to brake fluid spills. If you are thinking about buying a "value" set outside of OEM, go ahead and buy these. Braking performance is improved (slightly) over stock, and although I'm sure pads will not last quite as long, you can buy another 5 sets for the price of OEM, not to mention these look far better. Love, love, love Power Stop brakes. It's the only brake parts manufacturer I'll use. This time I installed a set on my 2002 Ford F350 CC 4WD DRW LB 7.3L. This is a big pickup truck, capable of towing dang near anything. I put the Z36 Truck & Tow Front Brake Kit on it. Everything fit perfectly and I ran through the break-in procedure with easy (being out in the country with little to no traffic). Brakes are perfect. Also installing a set on my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee today. Same as before, easy install (except for needing an 11mm hex allen head socket). Love those brakes! ... show more

I am impressed on the prompt delivery, everything was in one box which was a little beat up on the outside. However the vendor used lots of bubble wrap, everything arrived in good shape. The powder coat on the calipers and updated dust boots on the slide bolts is a vast improvement over stock remanufactured automotive store units. I'll start with I've been a mechanic for most of my life. I've used just about every manufacturer of brake part out there. These brakes are truly fantastic! precisely machined, low dust, perfect fit, durable finish. Literally every aspect of a good brake system. I purchased rotors, pads and calipers for the front. I've never had an easier time installing all three parts. Bonus, their price can not be beaten. Will be purchasing same for rear brakes. only complaint, actually more like a picky suggestion. would love more color options (red was perfect for my truck, but I have another vehicle that blue would be great on) 😉. ... show more

I wasn't sure about these when I first put them on, but once the pads seated and the rotors were worked some they have been working great. Smoother feeling stops then with OE. They seem to grab a little better and brake a little harder than before. I have to say I am impressed. Power Stop is my go to brand for pads and rotors. Tried the calipers this time and they are BAD. One of the brake line bolt holes will not fit my bolt. One of the piston on the other caliper will not move freely. The red finish is not durable, paint flakes off as you work on it. Called Amazon and they gave me a refund for the calipers. I will stay with Napa calipers at this time... ... show more
