These will replace front 6 piston front brembo rotors and pads. Oem brembo rotors and pads caused way too much brake dust. So far these have completely eliminated that problem.

    • Good quality for the price, just make sure you get what you paid for.
The price of these cannot be beat for an aftermarket solution. I wont tell you that they stop as good as my factory brembos. They stop pretty close to my worn down brembos, but still dont "bite" as quickly. It's hard to explain, but the ceramic needs a bit more pedal pressure to start breaking. Now, they still stop the car quick enough for daily driving, id give an estimate at about 80% of the stopping power. But, at less than 1/6th the cost, I cant complain, especially for a daily. Now, as for the reason for the 4* review. For some reason i received a z23 kit inside of my z26 box. Which just means that the pads have a rubber shim rather than stainless. The material and rotors are the same. If i hadnt been in a rush to have the brakes replaced, i would have returned them for the sake of potential warranty confusion and that the z26 kits are normally $20 or so more expensive. However, i got my kit for $470 at the time, so I didnt look a gift horse in the mouth. It's just weird and powerstop customer service doesnt know what to do about it. Im happy with them thus far, just make sure you get the right parts. Your pads should say extreme on the box, not evolution like mine did. Also, for my price-conscious, daily driving brethren: might i suggest you take a look at goodyear eagle sport all seasons? I got them for $227 each from the dealer and they qualified for the buy 3 get 1 free deal. So $900 after mounting, alignment, and tax is pretty great. They have double the treadwear of the factory pzero nero's and are much quieter on the road. It's almost unsettling. ... show more
