Installed on my ‘17 Superduty. I always knew powerstop was great quality, but WOW. These things are awesome. I was impressed with the material quality and packaging, but the real test is the increase in performance from the OEM brakes. They fit perfect and were a piece of cake to install. It’s an improvement in stopping power you feel every time you step on the pedal, and even more so in an emergency stop situation. Installed these on a 14 F350 Dually truck that is used primarily to haul horses, which my trailer can easily get to18k plus fully loaded. I replaced brakes that were slotted and I thought performed really well. Time to replace and I went with these, absolutely NO comparison. These are firm in feel and just perform very solid. I am absolutely blown away with the performance of these over another brand of "performance" brakes. Now, a couple of things to note, which might lead to some other poor reviews or folks not feeling quite as much performance. 1. Follow the directions! This is really important if you are a DIY individual and aren't a mechanic. Installing these has a few nuances you won't get with regular brakes, such as the rotor ARE directional and have to be installed on the correct side of the vehicle. The kit has little stickers to ensure proper installation and ease of identifying which side for the end user. 2nd. The break in is VITAL to ensuring proper seating of the pads/rotors and the subsequent performance. I would not hesitate to purchase these again. While my first time using Power Stop, I am sold now. If there are any issues or longevity concerns, I will update but for now, my initial thoughts are great. ... show more

This is my second purchase of power stop brakes. First was for my F150 and I was impressed, so when my 2019 F250 Super Duty needed brakes, I didn't hesitate and bought front pads and rotors for the diesel. I've owned this truck since new, and let me say it's never stopped so well. I haven't towed with them yet, but I look foward to a pleasant towing experience. I will say, some have had negative experiences with them, but I question if they followed the bedding instructions when new. If not done properly your brakes will not work as promised. If bedding these brakes is done properly, tapping the brakes is like dropping an anchor. I love these brakes! ... show more

    • I'd used this brand before on a Tahoe and Escalade with good results so figured I'd try again
These were installed onto a 2014 F250 crew cab short bed with 35" tires. I had 65K on the truck and the factory brakes were down to the rivets. I tow a 26' boat and 18' trailer occasionally so I opted for these. I'd used this brand before on a Tahoe and Escalade with good results so figured I'd try again. What I will say is when these were installed I forgot to add the grease to the back of the break pads as the instructions advised. I was rushed to get the job done on a Wednesday night before the next day so I could go to work and I got careless I suppose. Once installed and the week after the brakes worked perfect! 2 weeks in I went on a trip to WV towing the 18' trailer, and if you know WV the breaks were tested in the hills. It was on this trip that some noise started to happen, not when the brakes were initially applied but if I were on them for several seconds or had to apply them hard. This carried over when I got back to NC the following weeks and never really stopped. So this could've been because I didn't apply the grease as said before, or they were just not up to the task of 35" tires and a trailer load in the mountains of WV. If I had to do over, I'd not hesitate to use this brand on a lite duty vehicle but i'd likely go back to OEM for heavy duty. ... show more

The kit was shipped very quickly. Super easy to install and comes with everything you need. Installed this on a 2014 F250 4x4 diesel. This is the 3rd time using power stop products and each time they were top notch. Truck slows down better than the factory brakes and stay much cooler while towing a very heavy 5th wheel toy hauler. Highly recommend doing this along with the rear kit at the same time so your breaking effort is equal. Well worth the investment. ... show more
