Two part review. Part #1 is the product. Part #2 is how they got it to me. My star rating is based on part #1. Part #1: I put this kit on a 2011 BMW 550i Sport. The front end of this car is fairly heavy and these pads and rotors (so far) do a really good job of slowing the car down. It's hard to compare them to stock as my car has 95,000 miles - I purchased it with 30,000 miles 4 years ago, so I can't remember back that far to when the brakes were newer. Overall the kit is solid - the rotors are high quality and the machining on them is high quality - at least as good as OEM that you would get from BMW - probably better. Based on this I can recommended these. My car is daily driven but it does occasionally see some spirited back road driving. The brakes are GOOD. Very good! Also the brake dust is significantly reduced. I used to refer to my car as the "Ultimate Brake Dust Machine" with the factory pads. Part #2: The pads and rotors were shipped in the same box and the box was to large for the rotors which resulted in them sliding around and getting banged up. The rotors were not suspend in any way (usually polystyrene). The pads were in the box with the rotors and the box for the pads was trashed and had some damage to the surface of them... If you know anything about brakes you want the pad surface to be uniform, otherwise is can produce a lot of issues like uneven wear, hot spots and in some cases can be dangerous. Not to mention the supporting hardware (brake grease, clips and rubber caps) were missing. One of the rotors had a nice dent in it on the outside edge (not the surface) from banging around. Ultimately I decided to go ahead with the install and so far haven't had any issues, but this is something which needs to be addressed. TL;DR? They're good! Real good! The shipping SUCKS. I ordered on a Monday received it on a Wednesday so the kit did arrive quicker than I expected, the outer box was torn at the bottom from the weight of the contents, but the contents of the kit was in good condition although you could tell it was tossed up a bit, after unboxing to check for damages or missing parts everything seamed all there and in order, verified the parts content part numbers where correct, Pleasantly the rotors seam to be of very good casting quality even vanes no splattering of the cast between the vanes and the zinc plating was nice and even with no rusting, Impresive for Chinese cast rotors. The Z23 pads clearly are ceramic and are clean and all hardware provided Have yet to install these due to waiting on the rears which had to be re-ordered due to wrong parts in the kit but that’s another story Overall quality is very good for the price ... show more

I am not a big review guy but I’ll give. It a shot. I bought this kit for my 2014 BMW 550i Xdrive. The kit arrived pretty quickly with no issues whatsoever with packing. Driver went above and beyond placing the box where it wioyldnt get wet from rain. The parts were excellent quality. The rotors are perfectly machined and true. Brake pads are great quality. All parts bolt right up with no issues. From start to finish took less that 2 hours. Road test shows great stopping power with no issues at all. I have it installed in my 2012 bmw 650i convertible coupe. The fitment had no issue. The brakes did feel softer in the start but I think I have got used to it. The brakes outperform the stock brakes for sure. The brakes came with sensors. My install for rotors brake pads for front was done under $400 which is about a third a dealer will charge. I will definitely buy it again. ... show more

See attached picture...that is what showed up. The box literally looks like it fell off the back of a truck. The pads were not in the "shiny red box", nor did that box even come in the pile of junk that was sent; neither did any shims, lube or replacement caps for that matter. All that showed up was the rotors and pads. After seeing the shipping method, I should have known better than to try to install them. But I forged ahead anyway. And guess what???? The rotors didn't even fit! They are 36mm wide. The stock are 30mm. ****WARNING**** Check your stock rotor thickness with a micrometer prior to tearing your car apart!!!! I only measured diameter and am now without my vehicle. I don’t plan on driving my car for a few days, because it’s not like you can just go return these parts. The money you “think” you are going to save just cost you 10x extra in car rental charges. ... show more

Installed these on my 2012 BMW 650i, they fit perfectly without any issues. The kit came with the brake wear sensor. They brake very well - Haven't tested them long term but so far they are great!
