I have bought a couple sets of Power Stop brakes in the past. I had never bought the drilled and slotted routers before but they were only a few bucks more then the regular ones so I decided to try them . Only issue I had was one of the pads had forging mistake. I'm sure I could have returned them but not what I wanted to do when I had the car up and wheels off. I filed down the casting mistake and it installed fine. Did both front and rear brakes with Power Stop brakes on a 2014 Highlander. Brakes work great and are quiet. ... show more

I bought this kit for the rear of a 2010 Lexus RX350. Usually I get genuine factory parts for my Lexus' and Toyotas. I decided to try out a set of these PowerStop pads/rotors this time. The kit was fully complete with all piece parts included. While the set has only been on the car for about a month, the rotors have not shown any surface rust stains at all, and I really like that! The zinc coating seems to be of very high quality. The ceramic pads have not had any issues with squeaking so far. There seems to be less brake dust, but only more wear time will tell the whole story on that. Based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend these! ... show more

    • Perfect for 2012 Sienna - Rear
This was probably the easiest brake job I have ever done and I attribute it to these quality parts! Comes with one packet of break grease, that may not be enough if you like to add extra grease on the friction points like I do. The rotors have the bolt holes to screw in bolts if the rotor is stuck on the axle just like the OEM part. Be sure to follow the break in instructions because these are very noisy for the first 5 stops or so, after that they are perfectly quiet. The shim is easy to remove from the new break pads so you can grease the backsides (yes I am that picky) and the replacement inserts fit perfect, although the are not 100% identical to mine but fit/work perfect. The rotors are clearly marked passenger or driver rear. I recommend this kit. ... show more

This is a great kit- they are real quiet and smooth. My only complaint is the hardware kit was incorrect - so I had to go to the local autoparts store and get a hardware kit. I don't know if they just put the wrong one in or what - it was just too big. When you put these on - I do recommend having a breaker bar or a torch - as some of the books were very difficult to get off - on these helped ... show more
