The pads look decent enough and I'm not sure whether it is the pads themselves or the shims they came with. These worked on my 2015 Outback. The install was difficult as it was hard to seat the pads in the caliper bracket. The spring tab at the bottom of the pad is smaller than the OEM. Also the 1/2 the clips worked but 1/2 were incorrect and I had to reuse the original clips. Job took longer than expected because fit was difficult. ... show more

The pads didn’t fit on my 2016 Subaru Outback 3.6L. I had mo choice but to modify the tabs to remove some material to get them to fit. After that install was easy and I assumed would be fine. One month later one wheel began a horrible squeal. I inspected it and foud the insert had migrated towards the rotor. I reinstalled and a month later same issue is happening. All caused by poor fit. Edit: spoke with customer service and they are reviewing my order to rectify the issue. My rotors now have a gouge as the pad clips continue to make contact. Hopefully they will resolve and I will increase the rating. Edit: Power Stop customer support went above and beyond to make it right. I received the new pads and rotors and everything fit great.
