2017 Ford Explorer Sport. REQUIRES vented front and BACK rotors. Stock photo shows all 4 vented--this kit come with rear SOLID rotors. Called Power Stop Customer Service and spoke to the BIGGEST BITCH on the phone who decided her voice needed to talk over my voice and not listen to me. All I wanted to do is exchange the rear rotors for a vented set. She was rude and wouldn't answer my question. I already have the part number that I want to exchange it for and she continued to speak over me and not answer the question. I would return the ENTIRE kit if it didn't weigh 90 pounds. ... show more

    • Don’t bother with Power Stop Support
The front brakes and rotors didn’t fit my vehicle. I called Power Stop to help resolve the issue. Well a “Karen” answered the phone and was very dismissive and did everything to get me off the phone. She wasn’t feeling helping me understand the situation and just kept telling me to call Amazon so she didn’t have to deal with me. I truly hope non one ever has to deal with this company’s support ever cause you will hate them now as much as I do. Rear brake pads fit and rear rotors worked I guess… ... show more

    • worse brakes ever!
this set is probably the worse set of brakes i've ever installed. i seriously thought by buying Power Stop brakes, it would be quality set of brakes.... so i did all 4 corners with power stop parts..... let me tell you, i think i had better luck with MUCH cheaper rotors and pads in the past.... these front rotors are already warped and it's been less than 20k miles... my wife does mostly highway drive (2 hours commute) so that's even less braking if you're looking at it that way..... has to be the worst and cheapest rotors i've put on this suv.. i think i had much better luck with centric or ac delco... never again.... plus their customer service sucked from previous purchases, i didn't even bother calling them to tell me i'm out of luck... DON"T BUY!! ... show more
