Unable to evaluate for longevity in this application, but I have had these before on a 2012 Jeep JKU Rubicon and they were fantastic. Just installed on a 2013 Ram 2500 CC Laramie Longhorn 4x4 with Cummins Turbo Diesel, very easy install, removing the original factory brakes on the other hand, not so easy given the severity of Michigan winters. Unfortunately my kit shipped from Amazon with the incorrect front brake pad kit, the rotors were correct but the brake pads were not, a quick call to customer support at Powerstop and the correct kit was delivered to me on a Saturday morning! I cannot say enough about the level of satisfaction with regard to customer service from this company. Break in procedure is critical with this product, have a plan before you begin the process, because it requires some uninterrupted driving time and aggressive braking maneuvers. I noticed some improvement in stopping immediately BUT you must perform the recommended break in procedure. This kit came with everything including small packets of brake lube. I would absolutely recommend getting a set of these if you're towing anything substantional with your 2500 or 250. Factory brakes are ok but not as great as these. EDIT: After towing for our first trip I have to say, these brakes exceed my expectations. Even after disconnecting the trailer, I noticed a substantial decrease in stopping distance; the trip must have truly broken them in. You will not be disappointed with these brakes! ... show more

The whole shopping, shipping, install and support behind these brakes met every expectation I could have dreamed up. They fix my truck and the buying process had me confident that they would fit. They came in adequate packaging and dummy-proof labeling. Removal and install was easier than expected, but if I got stuck I could pull up a video to work through the steps. Once they are on, they work great!!! Quiet and cool, they stop hard and have a real confident feel to them. Excellent product! Unfortunately for PowerStop they can do nothing about the incompetence of Amazon and Amazon Logistics, they lost the box of brake pads and did nothing to help. Called PowerStop customer service and they overnighted me the missing parts! Awesome customer service PowerStop!

Put these on my 2018 Ram 2500. I pull a 37’ 12000# toy hauler and also a 16’ car hauler. Never had any issues of stopping, pulling, or heat. Even pulling across country with steep downhills. Would recommend.

Love the product, but whom ever puts these kits together is clueless. This is the 3rd set I've ordered and only 1 has showed up with the correct parts. This time I got 1 rotor for the front and 3 for the back. Last time I got the rear brakes for a Chevy and received a left rear Chevy and a right rear Ford. Make sure you have ALL the correct parts before starting the work because you'll get to send the whole kit back..,. ... show more

    • Medal tabs on the pads are made of cheap medal.

I purchased the pads and rotors hoping for an upgrade from my mopar pads and rotors. The medal tabs on these pad are very sensitive to any kind of flexing. I broke three tabs off trying to get the tabs into place on the calipers. I though maybe I was being to aggressive so I tried to brake the tab on my old pads and despite bending the tabs back and forth multiple time I could not brake the old rusty tabs. I ending up buying front and back Mopar pads to use with the new rotors. I was able to easily put the new pads into place without any problems. Stay away from these pads. Power Stop did refund the pads but I had to pay for shipping which cost me $50. As far the rotors all I can is that after pulling my 32ft Jayco 5th wheel from 1000ft elevation to 6000ft elevation that included several steep declines I'd have to the Mopar brake pads and rotors had better stopping power. ... show more
