The paint on the metal makes them really hard to install if your bracket isn't perfectly clean. You'll have to really be thorough when cleaning up the bracket Even then I had to tap in the included hardware with a screwdriver to make sure it seated properly before I could insert the pads. Pads are a good fit, replaced in December 2022, so far good, easy to replace, just the little ears on the hardware need some patience so they don't get damaged when installing pads, one ear broke off from the new clip since I pushed and adjusted several times, but used the old one and worked well
