The media could not be loaded. After searching for a reclining loveseat for a couple of months, this particular one went on sale and had all the options we wanted. It had good reviews so we decided to give it a try. We did buy a warranty for it, which I would recommend because you just don't know anymore. Things can break a week later and you'll be covered. But this loveseat so far seems to be an excellent purchase. The fabric is beautiful. It's a nice soft Chenille kind of between navy blue and gray. It should be very easy to clean if you should spill something. Versus all these micro fibers out there and fake leather that's on almost every loveseat available in this price range.. It works very quiet there's no noise when you're reclining it has a heat function! Which we didn't even even know about when we bought it. The remotes even light up.Plenty of cupholders. And it only has to be a few inches from the wall to recline. The only downside to this is putting it together. it's not hard. It just takes time. There are a lot of small pieces and bolts and screws. The most confusing part though was the wiring don't follow what the book tells you because you'll get totally confused. Just look for which ends match which ends and put them together. That's the only recommendation I could make for this company is if they would color code the wires. Other than that, we love this purchase.. If you're thinking about it ,or are on the fence and can't decide, I would recommend buying it. It's not a $3000 loveseat but if you're looking for something on a budget, that's full featured,beautiful, quiet ,comfortable ,easy to put together then this is the one.! ... show more

Love this recliner. It's super comfy and easy to adjust, the heat is soothing, and it looks great! (The massage is good, too, but I wish it was stronger.) If you have a bad back, as I do, you'll be very happy with this sofa. I could have accommodated a larger sofa recliner in my living room, but most wouldn't fit through the doors or hallway of my mobile. This came in three boxes, and there was no problem getting them into my home. I didn't assemble this myself, but the friend who did only found it to be a minor hassle. The only negative is that the heat and massage will only run for 30 minutes before they automatically shut off. I understand the need for a safety feature like this, but I wish the settings would go higher. I find myself checking the remote frequently while reading a book or watching a movie to make sure the heat is still on. ... show more

I wanted a dual recliner for my office because I also like to relax and watch tv in there with my daughter. I'm always nervous about purchasing big ticket items online. But I gave it a shot. This recliner was the perfect size for my space, and it is so comfortable. Two pieces came first and earlier than expected. I was concerned that I was going to be missing a piece because my delivery showed as completed. But the third piece showed up the next day. It took a little time to put it together because the instructions were not the greatest. But once I got it together, I was very pleased. There are two separate remotes, one to recline and the other for the heat and massager. The chair does not need a lot of space from the wall to fully recline, the heat feels great, the massager just vibrates; so, I could have done without it. That's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I hope I am still loving it 6 months from now and there are no issues. Overall, it's a good chair. I would recommend it. ... show more

The recliners showed up early, which was a nice surprise. They came in 3 large boxes and once I had the boxes unpacked I moved everything into my RV to Assemble. They had no problem fitting through the narrow RV door. Once inside things were a little cramped but workable. Assembly was pretty easy and did not take a lot of time. Unfortunately while I was connecting all the wiring one of the wires fell underneath the recliners. Since they were laying with the back of the chairs up I did not see the missing wire. Did not want to flip them into position until I had all the wires connected, due to the space available. I contacted the sellers and advised them I was missing a key wire. They said they would send a replacement right away but wanted me to take a second look just to make sure. I did and with substantial effort finally found the missing wire under the recliners! Finished hooking them up and they were flipped into position. They are now working awsomely! No Issues with any of the remotes as others have had. Great value and comfortable alternative to the horrible jacknife sofa I replaced. They only sit out 2 inches further than the jacknife sofa did. I currently have them sitting without being bolted down. If I would have bolted them in a final position I would not have had any walk room in the RV! This way when I get to my destination I can put out the slide on the RV and pull the chairs out from the wall and enjoy! As a potential safety option I will probably reach behind them and use the seatbelts from the old sofa to tighten them in place while traveling. ... show more

What kind of warranty do you have on this couch. The top pillow like of the recliner doesn’t go done without being squashed then I have to put my hand inside to make the cushion fold correctly. Not happy with my purchase of the love seat and the couch both are unacceptable purchases. I would have requested earlier but my health has been poor shape. ... show more
