We have used this couch for a year, and it has been a blessing. My son put it together when it came in three boxes. It took him some time to connect the wires. It is comfortable enough for 3 adults. We have enjoyed a comfortable couch that lets us stay close enough while watching TV, but still has room to raise our feet and get a massage through vibration. When one of us had an injured area, or during cold months, the heated feature was great. We love the different adjustments. It's big enough for an adult to lie across and sleep. My son and daughter-in-law spend the night on this couch while visiting, with both armchairs out. She likes to go to sleep with the massage feature, which cuts off after a certain amount of time. For the price, it was nearly nine hundred when we bought it, and it's worth every penny! We have the grey one, which seems to hide dirt well, and it's easy to clean. ... show more

Arrives in 5 boxes. Maybe on seperate shippments but you should get 5 boxes. Sofa is easily put together. Sofa looks great and very comfortable. Was suprized at the fabric quaility. Very nice. Good seat firmness. Wall hugger feature requires about 3-4 inches from wall. Not to crazy with the vibration while watching TV. A little noisy but you get used to it. All in All a very nice sofa. The recliner and heat at each end is great.

The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because after sitting at one end I can feel the mechanisms inside the cushion. The sofa is very comfortable otherwise. The heat at each end with the recliner really helps if your back is hurting.

When I got this couch around April of 2024, I loved it. It was comfortable, with the faux leather, it’s easy to clean. The heated seats and massagers are excellent. But less than a year in, the seats started losing cushion comfort, started sliding apart and gaping between them, and the wiring connections behind the couch started disconnecting when I would move the couch out to clean behind it. Crumbs from food (my own doing because I do eat on my couch as I’m single and eat in my living room) would constantly fall in between the cracks of the couch, so I’d move it to clean more frequently (even though I’d usually eat with a towel/blanket to try to help the mess), which would cause the cords to disconnect more. I luckily had the laminate wooden floors, so scooting the couch was easy. Where I sit all the time is starting to lean and indent. I’m not naive to think a cheap couch on Amazon was going to last 30 years, but I thought I’d get at least 2-3 years before these problems because as predominant as they are. Very compactly made full size sofa

So I thought these sofas deserved a review base on what other reviewers had said about shipping and assembly. So first, each sofa does come in 4 boxes. As mentioned by the seller these boxes may not all come at the same time however they will all get to you. So I ordered 2 of these sofas and 1 of the 8 boxes came in several days and the other 7 came about a week later. The boxes are just big enough that if you drag them in you house and assemble them they will take up quite a bit of room which is needed to lay out and assemble the sofa. We opened my boxes out in my garage and took each piece in by itself making sure to account for everything in that box. Take the base units in first, left, right, and center. Line them up and then install the 4 anchor plates. Then flip the entire unit over slipping on each left and right arm side. You are now ready to slip in your backs. You are now done with the mechanical part of the assembly. Next, look at your wiring diagram, pretend that you are hooking up a desktop PC. Plugs and ports are very defined and should go together easily. The major wiring is on the end reclining units with NO wiring coming out of the center base unit. Soooo.... if you have done even a minor amount of Ikea type projects and again have set up a desk top computer this should not be that bad.... As for the quality of the sofas? I had 2 sofas bought through Sam's club 4 years ago and was quite disapponted with the fitment and finish on them. These sofas on the other hand were very solid and well stitched. The fabric was thicker also. So all and all I have to give them 5 stars. We had 2 of these up and in place in about and hour and a half..... ... show more

Great for easing back pain

Love this recliner. It's super comfy and easy to adjust, the heat is soothing, and it looks great! (The massage is good, too, but I wish it was stronger.) If you have a bad back, as I do, you'll be very happy with this sofa. I could have accommodated a larger sofa recliner in my living room, but most wouldn't fit through the doors or hallway of my mobile. This came in three boxes, and there was no problem getting them into my home. I didn't assemble this myself, but the friend who did only found it to be a minor hassle. The only negative is that the heat and massage will only run for 30 minutes before they automatically shut off. I understand the need for a safety feature like this, but I wish the settings would go higher. I find myself checking the remote frequently while reading a book or watching a movie to make sure the heat is still on. ... show more
