Highlights of the product: -Comfort level is great. -Feels sturdy and durable -Fabric seems easy to maintain (and holds up to a household of pets that sleep on it) -Stylish stitching accents on the fabric -Easy to assemble. No tools required! -Sofa goes all the way to the floor so there’s no gap or space underneath for things to roll under it and get lost. Delivery experience was great. The carrier called me to schedule a delivery window. They were prompt and courteous. The sofa ships in 3 separate boxes on a pallet and they were easy to open and move the pieces inside. It only took us about 20 minutes to open the boxes and assemble it. The sectional pieces have metal fasteners that “snap” together. No tools or expertise was required. Overall, great product!

I liked how fast the delivery was. the couch seems sturdy, well put together and is comfortable. when received the back of the couch was damaged. ripped in more than one places. a little disappointed on that part but otherwise happy.

The media could not be loaded. The couch was way bigger than I thought and I love it! I love it also because it’s not electric so if you lose power, you can still use the recliners. Was very easy to assemble but heavy. I had a slight issue with one piece. Customer service was amazing and sent me the replacement piece fast. If you are looking to purchase this couch, I would definitely recommend it!

Right off the bat cheap couch, the back are attached with super thin metal pieces I feel like if a heavy enough person throws themselves on the couch the metal will bend. I would not recommend if you have teenagers or a big family or someone who uses the couch a lot, I have small children and we hardly sit around the living room but it’s been a few weeks and I already feel like we might only get a year out of this couch. It was missing some Velcro for the back and the bottom cloth was ripped probably from delivery, I chose not to contact the seller about this seemed like more trouble that it was worth. The 599 delivery fee is outrageous if I had the choice again I wouldn’t do it. It is a beautiful couch but not practical. I will come back in a year if I can to update my review.

Bought this couch a few years ago, it only lasted about a month or two,when the threads started spreading and holes started appearing, the company was kind enough to replace it, when we got our new couch in ,it had a hole in the recliner. With my experience unfortunately this is a cheap couch, but it is good looking for the short time it lasted and not uncomfortable.

This sectional sofa with recliners started falling apart after having it for only 17 days and it keeps getting worse. The seller will not provide any help with this other than telling me to "get a hammer to put the sides back on". As much as I paid for this item and shipping, I should not have to do anything other than receive a new sofa along with shipping costs both ways.

I'm always skeptical about buying furniture off Amazon, especially a higher priced piece. I absolutely LOVE this sectional. The material is a nice texture. The cushions are on the firm side, which I love. It arrived about 9 days after I ordered. Came in four large boxes on a pallet. Instructions were included but honestly I didn't need them. It's simple to assemble, though I do recommend having atleast person help. I hope this couch lasts!
