Worked great for me. Was worried that our dogs wouldn't like it, but we left it open for a few days. Then integrated the opening and closing. They seem to really enjoy the freedom of going in and out o. Their own schedule. Put a camera watching the door, and one dog will go up, door will open, he will sniff outside for a bit, then stay inside. Gives that undecided dog the option.

I have had the door I use for about 3 months now. Overall happy with the door. Positives - easy install, no issues with wifi connectivity, app works good for setting up and remotely operating door. Only negative dog has to be fairly close to the door for it to open so sometimes I have to open for the dog with the app because he doesn’t get close enough. Would be nice if collar opened the door from farther away

This door works very well, and I had no issue with the installation although I admit I was a little intimidated cutting a large rectangle into my door. I double and triple checked the measurements, and it all went very smoothly. The adjustments for sensitivity eliminate it opening when my dog just walks by. It's closing function keeps it from clipping my dog on her way in or out, and it closes so smoothly. I'm very happy with it.

Don’t buy. It’s a new product. It worked for one hour. The company was very nice and quick on the return. I’d give them 5 stars. The product 0 stars.

Awesome doggie door. I installed this into the door on my jayco Pinnacle 5th wheel RV so I can let The fur babies outside remotely. There was some modifications I needed to do to relocate the window in the door, but it didn't take much to get the remote door installed onto the RV. Absolutely awesome functionality and reliability.

15 minutes of training and our dog had it down. Quiet, attractive, crafted from top quality materials, and works exactly as advertised. Have gotten numerous compliments from workers coming to the house, including our locksmith. .

Broke after 4 months. Contacted company and they're sending a replacement for free which is great but I'm pretty disappointed in a product breaking after a few months only. I feel like this being their new product isn't as well tested and I'd prefer the other model but not sure if it fits the same cutout

I wish I would've bought this years ago, though I think my dog would have been a little more of a nuisance with it when he was younger. Ever since we installed it he lets himself in and out to go to the bathroom or just to sun; he uses it frequently. When it's raining, I don't have to get up and open the door for him ten times before he finally decides to go out - he'll just check himself. He'll come to my desk during the day wagging his tail with warm fur from sunning on the deck. So far my only complaint is the app definitely needs some work - if you want to update the Wi-Fi or make any changes you have to delete the whole door from your account, and sometimes the phone notification that the door has opened is hilariously delayed - like my dog will already be asleep next to me. It also doesn't seem to perfectly record all openings and closings. With that said, when the notifications are timely they're pretty cool, and I like seeing how much he's using it. I also like that I can open it or lock it remotely if I want. The collar is also pretty flimsy and thin, so without making it very tight the sensor tends to be aimed more towards the floor. This isn't really an issue now because it works if he walks fully up to the door, but it made teaching him to use the door a little harder. It would be nice if the collar sensor was sold with an attachment for normal/thicker collars. Really two pretty minor complaints, and this door is definitely worth it regardless.
