I've had one of the classic single wheel versions for a couple of decades. It has held up to occasional use, but I've never developed a liking for the device. I have a newer style that has a wider roller which is mildly radiused. I like it a bit better than the original, but not enough to recommend upgrading to it if you already has the earlier style. The problem with both of these is the the contact area to the floor is narrow which is ok for a carpeted area but hard on rubber mats. So when this model came out, cognizant that it is of low price and has two rollers with a wide contact area, I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did, because this works great, providing a more stable rolling surface and is gentle to the surface it is rolling on. Personally, I don't find the rebound feature to be adequate for a typical male. Perhaps I have one poorly assembled, but if this is typical, lacking a discernible effect. But even without the rebound feature, this is by far my preferred one to use.

This is overall a pretty nice ab roller. The multiple "wheels" make it easier to use than single wheel designs. It sits flat on the floor and rolls smoothly. The spring return feature is very light, so you still get a workout while using but it does help get you back to a starting position. The phone feature I have not used. It seems unnecessary to me but that is because I'm not doing 1000 ab rolls in a single session. Assembly was quick and easy, no instructions needed to figure it out. I do like how the bar has groves in it so it doesn't twist while using. For the price point it is a nice solid choice.

It's impressive! I enjoy working out at the gym and doing abdominal exercises but wanted an accessory that can prove to be effective to use at home. This is my first purchase of an "abdominal wheel". This POWER MOVE Automatic Rebound Abdominal Wheel can serve me well. In the short time I have used it, I can tell it really gives me a good workout of the abs and multiple muscle groups. It is challenging at first, but over time I expect I will master and increase the repetitions, sets and overall progress. It appears well constructed and durable. The setup was simple inserting the easy to grip padded handles into the unit. It has a strong spring design that serves to automatically rebound back to starting position after extending forward. What I can say is I am exercising some muscle groups that I haven't effectively worked in a while. I am pleased with the performance and quality and thanks to this rebound abdominal wheel it will help me reach some new fitness goals.

When it comes to core exercises, I am still a beginner. I ordered this rebound wheel to try to work more core exercises into my routine. From the first use I can already tell that it will be used a lot. I had a regular ab roller previously that I had difficulty using due to the strength needed to return to the starting position. This roller works similarly to a spring loaded toy. The more you move it out of position, the more it will try to return to that position. This made kneeling ab rollouts much easier for a beginner like me to handle. There is still some strain from holding your body off the ground and resisting the rebound from the roller. I haven't used it enough yet to tell if the added resistance rolling out will outweigh the assistance rolling back. Though one thing is certain. I was able to do more reps with this rebound roller than with a regular ab roller. In my mind adding more reps and sets should help ease me into core exercises. Once I'm more comfortable with it, I might try to hook resistance bands to the handles.

I haven't had an ab roller in over six months and the one I did have was not very good. So, when I saw the POWER MOVE Automatic Rebound Abdominal Wheel I had to give it a try - and I'm glad I did. The Automatic Rebound means that when you extend the wheels out away from your body, there's a spring in the wheel that winds and allows you to bring the same momentum you had away from yourself back towards you. Each wheel measures 4" in diameter and 4" wide and has a rubberized surround to aid in gripping whatever surface you're rolling on. The entire roller measures just over 10" in length and with the handles 14" wide. They've also placed a space to place your cell phone in the case you're using an app for your training, watching social media videos, or any number of other phone related things while exercising. Overall, if you're looking for seriously one of the best ab roller machines on the market, then I couldn't recommend this one enough!

I was a bit skeptical about this device, but it really does work well. I am above average fitness, but by no means am I an athlete. Using this device I'm able to go all the way down to the floor until my weight is completely on my torso, and then come back out of it with the help of this roller. There is no way I could do that with a normal roller. Will increase your range of motion significantly without making it so easy that you're not actually working.
