The chair is very comfortable for short person (5' 3"). However the chair was missing the power plug controller for the massage function. After a month of the company trying to get me the parts, the chair is discontinued, they have decided to refund me the cost of the chair. On a positive note, I was told to keep the chair. Though on the small side, this chair doesn't really look skimpy, and it takes up a minimal amount of space in my aunt's assisted living room. It's stylish, very comfortable, and the color is a light neutral that blends in well with everything. My only complaint is a blackish mark that was on the foot rest when we unpacked it, but I've been able to get most of it off, using Blue Dawn detergent.
