Perfect lift chair/recliner for petite individual. Mom has Parkinson's disease, the previous chair she had was expensive and too big for her 5'3" petite frame. She loves this chair. color matches her decor, is comfortable, and allows her to safely get out of the chair if she choses not to use the lift feature. Lift feature works perfectly, along w massage and heat features. Small footprint even in reclined position. Best of all I ordered this chair, was delivered quicky, easily unboxed and setup, functional immediately. 3 months of daily use , no problems! It is not Plush, mom wanted comfirtable support and she got it. Great Price!

So far it has performed very well. The arms In my opinion are a little flimsy. It is a little stiff not a real soft chair. The heat works very well. Kinda gets a little too hot on high. Massage works, but you got to find the right spot for your back. Overall worth the money, but not a chair you want little kids jumping up and down in either. My last chair was sturdier than this one and my son kept flopping back in it too hard and broke the metal piece that holds the back up on the left side! So, It’s a good chair for what it is intended, but don’t let the children rough house in it or put too much weight on the arms. Don’t pull too hard on the arms either.

I really appreciate the tall back on this recliner (it's the large, dual-motor model). At just under six feet tall, I often find that most recliners don’t support my head—but this one does, and it makes a big difference in comfort. The petal armrests are another standout feature. Unlike the overly soft, puffy arms on many recliners, these offer just the right balance of comfort and firmness. They’re great for relaxing, but also supportive enough to help you stand if you choose not to use the electric lift function. Aesthetically, I love the sleek, modern design. It’s a refreshing change from the bulky, overstuffed look of other models. I was also pleasantly surprised by how much I like having independent control over the footrest and backrest. It gives you a lot more flexibility to find the perfect position. The motor is quiet and smooth, which adds to the overall sense of quality. It arrives in a single box (about 100 pounds, most of it in the base), and assembly is quick and straightforward.

This was a gift for my 92 y.o. sister. She loves it ! The heat, massage and lift function all work well. This chair was the "small" size and just perfect for her -- 5'3" and 145 lbs. The price was unbelievable and delivery was fast. While it was not overly difficult to assemble, one arm was difficult to place, thus 4 stars instead of 5.
