Super comfortable and functional
Color: Brown - Velvet Fabric
Unbelievably comfortable. You won’t want to get up. Soft heavyweight upholstery fabric. Side table with wireless charger is very handy. Remote has large buttons so it’s easy to see and use. Separate remote for heat and massage. Oversized chair good for larger individuals. Easy assembly with no tools required. Clear instruction manual Takes 10-15 minutes. Silent and smooth running operation. Seems very well made.

Nice and firm, it's doesn't swallow you up like others, but had to return.
Color: Brown - Velvet Fabric
I am happy with my purchase. This chair is very comfortable. I like the extra lumbar pillow that comes with it. I use it for my head and then recline back. Great for watching tv. I find myself falling asleep to easy. Simple to assemble, and I was hoping to get many years of use out of it, but the back wood split and is no longer useable. I had to return. Seller was very concerned and refunded me no problem. I'm giving 5 stars because this seller has great costumer service.

Fair and wonderful to work with
Color: Brown - Velvet Fabric
I purchased this chair and every time I would put the back down, it would snap out of place. I contacted the seller, they went above and beyond with communication and service. After sending pictures it was determined to be a flaw in the chair and they refunded my money with absolutely no hassle. This business is what other businesses on eBay should strive to be like. Never once did they try to insinuate it wasn’t true or my fault, they worked with me. Communication was immediate and very friendly. I would not hesitate one minute to buy from this seller again.

WORTH THE 5 STARS!
Color: Brown - Velvet Fabric
Not only did this come super earlier than expected my grandpa says this is the most comfortable chair ever! The fabric, the cushions, he's very pleased! Also, the seller personally contacted me, which is rare and very appreciated! Worth the 5 stars!

Nice chair, but very weak build.
Color: Brown - Velvet Fabric
At barely over two months, the arm broke very easily (something cracker in it) and is very wobby and cannot offer any support. You can not contact this seller, their robot just send you to Amazon service which tells you need to contact the seller. The one year warranty must be fraud.

Great Chair for the Price
Color: Brown - Velvet Fabric
Easy to put together by myself. A comfortable chair, especially in winter with the heater. Love the message. I don't find the lower back void a problem as others have mentioned. It is roomy even with a 240 lb man relaxing in it. A USB on the side table would be nice as my iphone doesn't connect with the magnetic charger.
