Great chair

I did have some questions about how to use the chair and some features that I was not sure how to work, so I contacted the seller directly for support. The support was outstanding, very quick to respond, and answered all my questions. I'll definitley be purchasing my next chair through JIKFRIMA. I am really impressed with this chair. The back is soft and fluffy as well as supportive. It arrived well packaged (keep in mind there are 4 boxes, as 3 boxes came the next day for me). Assembly was very easy - the diagrams were easy to follow to make all the connections nessessary. I had it set up in about 20 minutes with no issues at all. The lift feature works smoothly and quietly and makes it much easier to get in and out of the chair. Everyone who uses it loves the heat and massage. The massage and heat functions are a great bonus. The massage feels relaxing without being too intense, and the heat is especially nice on my lower back. The remote is simple to use after getting to know the buttons. The fabric feels soft and good quality, and the chair feels sturdy and well built. Overall, this chair exceeded my expectations and feels like a great value for the price. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable recliner.

Comfortable and Well-Built Recliner

This power lift recliner is very comfortable and sturdy. The chenille fabric feels soft, the recline is smooth, and it lays flat for great relaxation. The lift assist works perfectly for standing up, and the massage and heat features are a nice bonus. I really like the wireless charging, USB ports, cup holders, and extended footrest. It feels well-made and easily supports up to 400 lbs. Overall, a great chair with excellent comfort and useful features. Highly recommended.

Good product for the price

Great chair but the arm rests are low and it isn’t as soft as a traditional recliner, in fact it’s kind of hard. (Not comfortable enough for extended sitting for me) The foot rest part isn’t as long as a traditional recliner either. I’m short (5’1”) and my feet hang over the end. It has a side table that you can pop out on the side and it has a wireless charger built in (it’s a circle that you just sit your phone on and it charges your phone.) I think you have to have a wireless charging case for your phone in order for the wireless charger to work at least that’s what my kids said. I love this feature bc I don’t have to worry about plugging in a charger to my phone. It also has a cup holder but it doesn’t seem big enough or steady enough to me. All in all it’s a good value for the money if all you want is a lift chair for sitting short lengths of time. It also has heat which I like and massage but it’s more like vibrations than an actual massage. Seems to be well made as I’ve had it for about 2 years or so. All in all I give it 3 to 4 stars. If you’re looking for softness, comfort and sitting for extended periods of time this is probably not for you but again as a lift recliner and compared to other lift recliners it’s a good addition to your home furniture.

Works great

I recently purchased this recliner after seeing my neighbor’s and trying it out. The moment I sat in it, I knew I wanted one for myself. I bought a slightly different variant, but it’s essentially the same. It’s extremely comfortable when you sit on it, it feels like you’re being gently supported. It comes with both heating and massage functions, which are fantastic. I have a bad back, so I was specifically looking for a recliner that could provide comfort, relief, and also help me stand up. This recliner does all of that. It is a bit pricey for my budget, but it’s absolutely worth it. I’ve been using it every day and truly enjoy it. It arrived in three boxes, and the assembly was surprisingly easy. Once everything was unpacked, it took me about 20 minutes to fully assemble. It does require two power outlets one for the massage and heating functions and another for the lift/stand feature. Overall, it’s a great buy, and I’m very happy with it
