Assembly was simple and went together well. I recommend leaving the bolts just a little loose when assembling the frame and then tightening them all up before the cable installation. This allows the pieces to float and make alignment simple. Highly recommend a drill with a clutch and socket bit for ease and speed. Do not over tighten it will collapse the tube. Been using the machine six days a week for the past month and it works exceptionally well. Cable trolleys seem a bit wobbly mounted on the light tubing but in use glide excellently. I’ve loaded at up to 300lbs without any issues. I recommend getting a separate free bar for bench and squat. The smith bar works well for calf raises and hack squats but feels a bit awkward for other lifts. I’m 6ft 210lbs and the frame feels very sturdy in spite of how thin the tubing is when doing pull ups and racking weights. I also recommend paying the extra money for the pro upgrade with the adjustable cable arms. The additional angles for cable placement are great and worth the money. If you use bumper plates you may need to acquire some additional basic steel plates. The cable trolleys max out at 200lbs at least with the bumpers I have due to the length of the rack arms so the thinner steel plates are required to fully load. The accessories are cheap but adequate. The only thing I will upgrade on the unit in the future. All in all highly recommend this product as a mid budget all in one home gym.

The media could not be loaded. I put this unit together myself it took maybe a total of 8 hours with breaks they included tools but i used my own powertools which helped reduce the assembly time. Great workout unit for the price. It includes a smith machine and functional trainer. The pulleys are very smooth on the functional trainer and the tornado arms offer a variety of exercise options that wouldn't be possible on a traditional functional trainer. The smith machine glides very smooth on the rods. Also it is very sturdy and well built. It includes a low row platform, a t bar handle, safeties, dip handles, various functional trainer accessories (rope, d handles, lat pulldown bar, short curl bar) and a vertical leg press. Pretty much an all in one machine. The only con with this machine that was remedied with an email to customer service was the inclusion of 4 sets of smith lock pins. I emailed customer service asking how much to buy more and they replied next day that they will send them out for free. Great customer service!
