Assembly was simple and went together well. I recommend leaving the bolts just a little loose when assembling the frame and then tightening them all up before the cable installation. This allows the pieces to float and make alignment simple. Highly recommend a drill with a clutch and socket bit for ease and speed. Do not over tighten it will collapse the tube. Been using the machine six days a week for the past month and it works exceptionally well. Cable trolleys seem a bit wobbly mounted on the light tubing but in use glide excellently. I’ve loaded at up to 300lbs without any issues. I recommend getting a separate free bar for bench and squat. The smith bar works well for calf raises and hack squats but feels a bit awkward for other lifts. I’m 6ft 210lbs and the frame feels very sturdy in spite of how thin the tubing is when doing pull ups and racking weights. I also recommend paying the extra money for the pro upgrade with the adjustable cable arms. The additional angles for cable placement are great and worth the money. If you use bumper plates you may need to acquire some additional basic steel plates. The cable trolleys max out at 200lbs at least with the bumpers I have due to the length of the rack arms so the thinner steel plates are required to fully load. The accessories are cheap but adequate. The only thing I will upgrade on the unit in the future. All in all highly recommend this product as a mid budget all in one home gym.

The media could not be loaded. I put this unit together myself it took maybe a total of 8 hours with breaks they included tools but i used my own powertools which helped reduce the assembly time. Great workout unit for the price. It includes a smith machine and functional trainer. The pulleys are very smooth on the functional trainer and the tornado arms offer a variety of exercise options that wouldn't be possible on a traditional functional trainer. The smith machine glides very smooth on the rods. Also it is very sturdy and well built. It includes a low row platform, a t bar handle, safeties, dip handles, various functional trainer accessories (rope, d handles, lat pulldown bar, short curl bar) and a vertical leg press. Pretty much an all in one machine. The only con with this machine that was remedied with an email to customer service was the inclusion of 4 sets of smith lock pins. I emailed customer service asking how much to buy more and they replied next day that they will send them out for free. Great customer service!

Assembly comes first. The manufacturer doesn't tell you what screws go in what place. What I mean, is there are several screws that are like and similar. I got it figured out, but there was some trial and error. Once it's together it works great! As long as you know going in that you have to put the weights you want on (versus setting a pin) it's more than suitable.

The only limit is your imagination. These pulley arms that rotate allow you to place them in really strategic positions to achieve just about any kind of exercise you can imagine. Here's just a few of the possibilities. Chest flies, low, medium, high Pushdowns pulldowns and pullovers Low rows, face pulls Squats, deadlift, RDL Incline, flat and decline bench (pictured) Cable curls, and I set the bench to 90 degrees and use to brace my forearm for wrist curls. I hooked this up to my leg machine (purchased separately) that's plate loaded, which by itself has an uneven resistance curve. But when used as a cable attachment, the low end of the rep has just as much resistance as the top end! (pictured) Leg day at home with a great pump. Hook up a wide belt to both pulleys and you can use it for assisted dips or pullups (pictured) Use with "The Step" platform and a belt for cable standing calf (the bomb) I researched all the power cages on Amazon for a few weeks before ultimately deciding on this one and it was definitely the right choice. EONFit is a really great company to do business with. Great communication all throughout the sale. After sale support offered to send a catalogue of attachments. Highly recommended!

Tough to put together by yourself, but you can tell the quality. One thing to note and the only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the "short" cables, are pretty long and don't fit too snug in the pulleys until you put weight on the main pulls. Quality control should have caught they were likely an inch too long. UPDATE: After reaching out to customer service, they suggested some changes with adjusting the links on the chain. It's a bit uneven but it looks and feels so much better. No more complaints.
