The Power Cage is made with quality material. Takes a bit of time to assemble but that is to be expected. Pay attention to bolt sizes it will save you time with assembly. I suggest using two people when assembling the cage, it will make it much easier. Overall, outstanding product for a home gym.

Fantastic rack! The pulley system runs at a 2:1 ratio, unless you’re using both pulleys together—in that case it’s 1:1. Assembly was straightforward and only took me about a day on my own. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Just note that you’ll need a standard 6.5ft or 7ft Olympic bar, since nothing else fits between the J-hooks. At $399, this is an absolute steal—definitely worth it 1-20-26 Update After using this rack for over a month, i can still say this is an amazing rack! You are actually able to do everything inside the rack, unlike most. Squats, RDL, Bench, all preformed with in the safety of the rack. The only lift that's really not ideal is seated shoulder press. It's easier done outside the rack, you just have to purchase safety bars for this if you are working out alone.

Ended up returning. The pictures show it being a bit bigger but I am a bigger guy so being inside the cage makes me feel claustrophobic, the spotting arms were very hard to get on and it felt like the holes were not allined correctly. It did feel sturdy just not for me

I was comparing racks for a while. I didn’t want to spend too much money as I am trying to stay in a budget. I have been using it for two weeks and so far, I am impressed. It came in two separate deliveries in two consecutive days. I put it together by myself except I did need help with the pull up bar. It took 4 hours to complete. It would have been a little less time but the instructions are vague on the routing of the cables. It is very stable. I have it sitting on 1/2 inch foam mat. The pulley system is fairly smooth. I may try changing out the pulleys at some point if I start lifting heavier. I think this rack will be good for a long time. For the value this rack is a good choice.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Solid, Versatile, and a Total Home Gym Upgrade I read all the warnings before buying this, mostly “needs two people,” “cable system is confusing,” etc. Plot twist: I built it entirely by myself and survived to tell the tale. 💪 Assembly was actually very straightforward. Yes, there are cables (it’s a cable system), but as long as you take your time and follow the instructions, it’s not nearly as intimidating as some reviews made it sound. Nothing confusing, nothing backward, no mystery pulleys left over. Once assembled, this rack is rock solid. The cable system runs smoothly, the attachments feel high quality, and the whole setup instantly leveled-up my home gym. It’s like having a mini commercial gym without the commute or questionable locker room vibes. If you’re on the fence because of assembly fear.....don’t be. If I can put it together solo, anyone with patience and a little determination can especiallyif you're a homeowner and live alone! This rack absolutely completes my home gym, and I couldn’t be happier with it. Highly recommend 👏

Great! Only complaint I have is that some items came with a small amount of rust. The instructions are a little vague especially with the cables. But I managed to built it in 3 hours all alone. And I am 5’2” women.
