For the price point it's almost perfect. Wish it had the ability to adjust the height of the pulley to add able of other exercises. If you're going to buy, really look at the pictures with the height dimensions. If needed, you can put the pull up bar on upside-down to take a couple inches off of the height.

I've had this JELENS power cage for a whiel, and honestly, I'm really impressed. I wanted something sturdy for doing heavier squats and bench presses at home, and this rack does the job perfectly. The pulley system works smooth! What surprised me the most was how quiet it is—my previous setup was a bit noisy, and I workout early, so not waking up the rest of the house is great. It doesn't take much space either, fits nicely into my living room without crowding everything. Also, the attachments that came with it are great, especially the lat pull-down bar and the T-bar, which I've started using regularly. Honestly didn't think I'd use them much, but now they're part of every workout.
