The rack showed up in two boxes, packaged well. Assembly wasn’t too bad — everything was labeled, and it took me about 2.5 hours by myself. Having a ratchet definitely helps. The metal is thick, and the whole thing feels sturdy once it’s put together. I was actually surprised by how solid it is for the price. The best part is the dual cable system, super smooth and quiet, and you can do independent arm movements without the pulleys tugging unevenly. My partner and I can both use the cables at the same time, which I didn’t expect but is really convenient. It also came with a lot of accessories (lat bar, tricep rope, j-hooks, etc), which saved me from having to buy extras right away. I’ve been squatting and benching heavy on it — no wobble, no issues. Rated for 2000lbs and honestly, it feels up to the task. Overall, for the price, this is probably the most complete rack I could find

I’ve been using this power rack for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best investments I’ve made for my home gym. Whether I’m squatting, bench pressing, or rowing, the rack doesn’t wobble or shift, giving me complete confidence in its sturdiness. Assembly was straightforward and much easier than expected for equipment of this size. The instructions were clear, all parts were well-packaged, and everything fit together without hassle. I was able to get it set up in a reasonable time without frustration. One of the biggest strengths of this rack is its multifunctionality. It’s not just a squat rack—it doubles as a bench press station, cable row machine, and features a robust pulley system that opens up a wide variety of exercises. The pulley mechanism is smooth and doesn’t snag, which makes it great for lat pulldowns, tricep pushdowns, and other accessory movements. With the adjustable bench , I can easily switch between flat, incline, and decline presses, making this a truly versatile setup. My only critique is with the pull-up bar. It’s thinner than I would like, and since it lacks any knurling or texture, it can feel slippery. I often find the bar rolling from the palm into my fingers, which makes pull-ups less comfortable. A simple textured finish or thicker bar would elevate this feature significantly. Overall, this rack is a fantastic all-in-one home gym solution. It’s sturdy, versatile, and well-designed for serious lifting, with just a minor drawback in the pull-up bar design. I bought this power cage for our home gym. My boyfriend, who’s honestly not the most experienced when it comes to assembling things, took about three hours to put it together by himself. I was expecting some frustration or complaints, but to my surprise, he stayed calm the whole time and didn’t run into any major issues. That tells me the instructions were clear and the assembly process wasn’t overly complicated. Once it was set up, the first thing we noticed was how sturdy it is. It feels really solid and safe, no wobbling or shifting while we use it. We’ve both used it for squats, pull-ups, and bench presses, and it handles everything without any problems. The cage offers plenty of room inside, so you don’t feel cramped at all during workouts, even if you’re doing more dynamic movements. My boyfriend walked me through how to use it properly, and now we both use it regularly. It’s really boosted our workout routine, and we love having something this reliable at home. For the price, I think it’s a fantastic deal. It feels like something you’d find at a commercial gym, but without the massive price tag.

For the money, I think it’s a bare bones design that can get the job done. However, portions of the metal had rust painted over and the cable stoppers have no way of being used without scratching metal on metal to delaminate the paint. See photos. Followed directions and visuals to a tee. Not sure how they let that slide? Have a vacuum nearby whenever you use the cables as you’ll be cleaning paint chips and metal shavings from the rubbing cable stoppers each workout. Would be interested in improvements from seller.

This cage was quick to put together. No missing parts. It fits well in the small space I have in the garage. The ability to have a wide range of workouts with the cable system is great. I've been able to set it up with different weight amounts for 2 people to workout together. The only thing I would change is the pull up bar has too many cross pieces and it gets in the way of my hands.

Excellent value and quality product. It took a few hours to put together but it is very sturdy and looks amazing. The pulley system and cables are smooth and there is plenty of storage for the weights at the back of the rack which also helps with stability.
