This is my first home gym purchase. I loved the value proposition of this product. I have to say for the most part it seems to be what I needed. There are a few nitpicks and compromises I see due to the price. The weight holder attachments are plastic and do not stay tight causing the 2 inch plates to fall off…just a weird design to them. The cable has already separated at the base…although that’s probably due to me not tightening down enough on install….the pull up bar is weird, it should have been the traditional multipoint grip on other machines. I can’t speak to longevity of the pulley system but it seems okay. The assembly instructions are very vague and I missed some steps that should have been labeled better. Although once assembled the rack is solid. The dip station attachments are too wide. Requires a lot of weight on the pulley system for rows and lat pulls being on one side and not sure I trust the pulley system for this amount of weight. Can always try and replace the pulleys with aluminum if the break.
