I finally found a power rack that fits in my apartment! The Megastar P30’s 51-inch width tucks neatly into my home gym setup. The pulley system is surprisingly smooth—lat pulldowns and rows feel just like at the gym. The 1,600-lb weight capacity is legit—loaded up to 300 lbs for deadlifts, and the frame didn’t move an inch. Assembly does take some effort, so having two people helps. The video instructions were clear, and we had it fully set up in about two hours. The 2-year warranty isn’t just for show! After six months, I noticed some paint chipping on a J-hook. Contacted customer service, and they shipped me a replacement the same day. Also, when I struggled with one of the assembly steps, they sent me a detailed diagram within hours.Compared to other brands where you wait days for a response, Megastar really stands out.Tip for new buyers: Watch the assembly video first! I installed a support bracket the wrong way and had to redo it, which cost me an extra 30 minutes. If you follow the steps, it’s pretty straightforward.
