It doesn’t wobble or shift, even with heavier clients. The black leather surface looks clean and professional, and it’s soft yet durable. It’s also easy to clean, which is important since we use it many times a day. The padding is thick and holds its shape well, giving good support during longer sessions. Clients have said it’s comfortable, and many of them notice how soft the face pillow feels. The face cradle is adjustable, which helps a lot with different head positions during treatments. Another thing we like is the adjustable legs. It’s easy to change the height depending on who’s using it, so all our staff can work comfortably. The shelf underneath is useful for storing towels, oils, and other tools, which helps keep the space organized. The size is also perfect—wide enough for comfort but still easy to move around. Easily assembled. Beneficial perks in the adjustments of raising the upper torso and cut outs for face/chest in table top. Face cradle does not seem very durable (hoping for best) and face pillow was small and not comfortable so took one off my craftsman table instead. Bought this for the extended table length and width mainly. Not impressed with gouges taken out of the wood of the leg and the under shelving, (seen in pictures) but I needed a table asap for my work and wasnt going to hassle with returning due to cosmetic reasoning. I value my dollar and expect things to be new and unscathed when that is what I pay for. Therefore I would have spent as much on what looks like a beaten table which had to happen during production/packaging as the product was packaged very securely for shipping. Otherwise table has worked great for my clients.

We bought 4 beds for our shop but they all make loud noise. The first day we got the beds, customers complained and one of them had to quit before the massage session ended because the noise is too loud, the customer was unhappy, stressful and felt unsafe, also the leather is loose and not tightened up well. We notified the seller right away and asked for return after sending the video to the seller, the seller said because of “ the backrest is not fixed to the frame, there will be some noise due to vibration “ so I would say the product is defective. The bed shouldn’t make noise. The beds actually still make noises even we don’t lift the backrest !! This effects to the therapists and the customers, they are uncomfortable, stressed and feel not safe during the massage. After our attempt to return the product, the seller offered us 30 % then 50 % discount without returning but we don’t agree with that. We shouldn’t pay or accept the defective product. The policy says we can return directly to this warehouse in La Pute, CA so we took the beds there but when we got there in working business hour, the office was locked and no one was there. We let the seller know this but they ignored our questions about the warehouse. I am questioning about the seller if they follow the return policy. I have reported the seller to Amazon and I will find a better solution than being forced to keep the beds. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy the beds from this seller. I would give 0 star if I could but there is no place to put it.
