Since we were going to be at home for the indefinite future, I decided to get a couch. Since we move quite a bit, I didn’t want to spend a ton of money. But I also wanted something decent. Had actually been considering this couch for a year, but I guess was never home enough to finish the purchase. I (not in great shape or particularly strong) put it together on my own, I didn’t time it. But I put some records on and did it. I botched something up at one point, had to unscrew and re-screw but it was my fault for not paying close enough attention. I love putting furniture together, but even if you don’t, I’d judge this as pretty easy. A little time-consuming but hello, it’s a whole couch and a sectional no less. Boxes were enormous and heavy. Again, of course. It arrived earlier than anticipated, so I guess just a heads up depending on your living circumstances. I thankfully have a covered porch so these were protected from the rain for hours on the surprise day they came. We have had it now for two months I think, and still love it. It has two teens, one adult, and a dog on at any given time early 24 hours a day. It does get softer over time. I am wondering if the cushions will lose some of the oomph, if they do, I’ll put some foam underneath them and don’t consider it an issue. For the price, it looks amazing and it comfy. We threw a bunch of throw pillows, two cozy blankets, and a small tapestry on the ottoman (aka where the dog mostly sits). I did have to clean up dog puke (ugh), and it came out with a dog mess upholstery cleaner so I’m happy about that too. All in all, for the price, I’m not sure you can do better. Even if down the road I had to make or replace new cushions (or leave it when I move), it’s worth it. I have to say the past 5 months of being at home is way better having a comfy (& nice looking) couch in the living room. It changed our living space entirely.

Really great couch for the price! Arrived within the scheduled delivery time and came in three separate boxes. Two of the boxes were about refrigerator size for the length and height, but not nearly as wide. The third was smaller for the ottoman. My husband and the delivery person were able to carry them up three flights of stairs and into my tiny apartment. The couch took about 2-3 hours to put together, was very straightforward with the instructions and all parts were included. Would recommend at least two people assembling together if possible. When all put together, the arms and back pieces do move when force is applied and they are not up against something, but this could be because of the way it was assembled. The cushions are pretty stiff but not uncomfortable and I’m sure they will soften up after use. The pillows for the back are REALLY comfortable and it also came with two little extra pillows that are just as comfy. Couch fits perfectly in my tiny living room. Only on day one so far, but very happy with the purchase! My toddler loves it too!

This couch is made with the cheapest materials imaginable, literally cardboard and the thinnest wood. Within the first two months, the front wood beam snapped completely in half, forcing us to place the couch directly on the floor just to sit on it properly. The cushions lost their shape almost immediately, the stuffing flattened out, and now you can feel the hard wood frame through the seat. The back pillows sag badly and offer no support. Contacted customer support and they offered no help whatsoever. Save your money and get something better then this

Our old couch was falling apart and started to rip from the dog using it. At first, the couch was amazing. it was stiff in the beginning but it was still comfortable. As time went on, the springs started to become more noticeable and the edges fell flat. The edges also started to fray and pull apart. I've had to stitch up the couch more than I thought I should. With dogs and a toddler, this couch isn't going to be as tough as we hoped. It fits well in our living room and was easy to put together. Sometimes, if you want something nice and to last, you don't need to cut corners and find the cheapest thing available.

Ill start by saying you get what you pay for. Realizing that this couch comes boxed, I wasnt sure what to expect. This couch is great for an apartment or condo, fits perfectly and was pretty easy to put together. My only small issues with this couch is that i was missing some holes to place certain parts. My fiancé has about 8 extra small metal pieces that he said didnt have a place to be installed in the couch. Unsure what they are even for at this point since there is no holes to install them in. So far so good, durable couch that's mostly comfy. My ottoman also came so squished that it has been permanently damaged, but it's still usable and I'm not that upset about it. Overall I'd definitely recommend this couch for anyone looking to get an inexpensive couch that will last about 5-7 years. :)

General Notes: Though the description says "assembly required", the couch comes almost completely assembled. The only assembly steps are to screw in the legs and bolt the back of the sofa to the base. While nice, this also means the couch comes in boxes that are just about the size of the two halves of the couch after it's assembled (if you live in a apartment, make sure there's a large enough elevator available; the boxes sit about 7 ft high). The tools that come with assembly are just barely adequate, I would recommend grabbing a wrench to help you tighten the bolts. Some of the wood in the frame is very soft, be careful not to split the wood during tightening or assembly. Issues: Upon opening the boxes and trying to start assembly, my fiancee and I were somewhat dismayed to realize the box contained two of the "F" part instead of an "A" and an "F" (see images). The duplicate piece was mistakenly marked as "A". and it's easy to see how these could get mixed up as they are perfect mirrors of each other. Unfortunately, this meant the chase of the couch couldn't be assembled correctly. Also unfortunately, Amazon's general return/replace policy is really useless for things like large furniture, as there is no option to request replacement pieces and returning the whole thing is completely unreasonable. An attempt to contact customer service got me the "well why did you accept the delivery if it was missing a piece" response, as if we should have opened up each large box and took inventory with the delivery man standing there. Positives: Fortunately, my fiancee and I are very handy. When customer service failed us and the manufacturer couldn't give us a date for a replacement piece, we decided to fix it ourselves. We were able to take the duplicate sofa piece, un-upholster it, reconstruct it so that it matched the "A" part we were supposed to receive, and reupholster it with the original upholstery. This took about 2.5 hours all together, and was only possible because the "A" and "F" parts are perfect mirrors of each other. After that, finishing assembly was easy and after it came all together the couch looks and feels very nice. It looks more-or-less exactly as shown in the description and in other customers' pictures. Bottom Line: We are overall very pleased with the sofa, but the hassle it came with made it not worth the $700. Missing correct parts, some cheap frame materials, and bad customer service all lead to a 2-star review. If parts hadn't been missing and customer service was more helpful, the couch would be worth a 4-star rating.

I love this couch. I don’t know why there are such horrible reviews. It came in 3 giant boxes and was relatively easy to assemble. The cushions were wrinkled at first and the ottoman is a slightly different color from the couch but no one would ever notice the color difference unless I pointed it out. The wrinkles came out over time and there’s just one area that I can use a steamer for that. Look, it’s not the greatest quality, however it is NOT bad for the price. I purchased mine and it wasn’t even $700. It’s firm but I still lay down and relax on it. I don’t have young kids so I don’t have anyone climbing all over it but I weigh about 135-140lbs and have had guests over and it’s been fine. There is a small dent where I’ve been sitting and it’s not nothing me.. If it does begin to bother me maybe I’ll see if I can get a different cushion fill or something.. but I can keep this couch for a year or so and see what looks good in my house and then get my dream couch. I really like the color, I got the beige/tan color and it’s on trend. Overall happy with my purchase. I’ve had the couch for about a month.

Sofa Sectional is easy to setup, and fit up the stairwell very easily. It's definitely comfortable, but if I had any complaints it'd be only the following, one is a suggestion, the other is more a complaint/concern. --Definitely need velcro to lock down the seat cushions and the seat back cushions. They don't really have any inherent grip to themselves so the velcro helps to keep them from shifting around. Definitely 100% the seat cushions need it, while the backs are up to your preference. I did a 5 foot strip of industrial strength velcro (cost like 7$ usd at Walmart in PA), and put 3 strips on the chaise, then 2 under each major cushion, excluding the inside corner piece as it's not necessary there since it's blocked in by the chaise and sofa seat portions. --Lastly, the Chaise portion seems to have weaker wood within it. I'm not really sitting down much different than I would on any other sofa, but I've noticed harder creaks like the wood is slightly cracking. Granted, I'm about 290 lbs, so I know that I put a lot of weight onto the seat, but just not used to that. I'll probably just go underneath and reinforce the wood bars within since they're very easy to get to, and that should help, but it's really the only complaint. The sofa portion doesn't do that, just the chaise. Overall, I give this a 4 out of 5. It's pretty solid, save my concern about the chaise. The cushions could use velcro on the underside or backside to keep them in place (they gave velcro for the ottoman oddly enough), but it is a very nice fit, and the cushions are comfortable. The material is nice as well. For the roughly $600 it was at time of purchase, I'd say this is good for anyone with an apartment who wants to be space thoughtful, but also have a nice area for entertainment. Pair it with a loveseat opposite the chaise and it's a perfect U shape too ^_^
