This couch is really nice. I was worried it was going to be too dark based off of the customer reviews but the color is great. This couch is 104 inches across and 75 inches long (where the chaise is). The packaging it came in was slightly damaged, but the delivery guy brought it right inside even though I selected front porch delivery. That was nice. It was also delivered in 6 days which was awesome. The back cushions have Velcro strips to keep them in place but 2 of the cushions came defective and didn't have the strips. There was also a tiny hole in a cushion, a snag, and the lining under the couch was ripped about 6 inches. Amazon did provide me with a partial refund because of these issues. The sofa cushions are firm which is nice because they will wear well. The back cushions are very plush. This sofa came in 3 boxes and by 2 different delivery companies on separate days. The sofa was very simple to assemble. It took me about 45 minutes to unpack it and assemble it. I had it done before my husband got back from the store. I also like that it is high enough off of the ground that my Roomba can get under it. For the price of this sofa, I am so very pleased. It is gorgeous, comfortable, and affordable. Plus the perfect size. We needed a sofa that was 120 W x 76 L and couldn't find one but when i came across this I snagged it up.

I have exactly 24 hours of use with this product so take this review for what it's worth. Service? Excellent. The seller called as expected and delivered early. The product was well wrapped and protected. Pros: I realize that I hadn't read the product information well enough because I was surprised that the legs were real wood (and beautifully stained). Each included customer picture showed the sectional sitting along a wall. I was concerned that it was an indication that the product was too weak to stand alone. I tend to place furniture in the center of the room and am pleased to say that this product stands firmly without needing to be braced. I so appreciate the photos, fellow verified buyers. They really helped me make the decision to buy. So glad I did. The jet black fabric is beautiful. It has a tuxedo finish and is just gorgeous. It is complimented by the nails head trim and looks far more expensive than it is. So far, the back is surprisingly strong with only two bolts holding down each section. There is no creaking with this product. I wouldn't advise trying to sit on one of the arms or the back of the sofa, however. The ottoman is HUGE! The size of the ottoman makes the sectional feel modular. The seats are not very deep, as with most sectionals, so when my grandson fell asleep on the sofa, I pushed the ottoman next to it and doubled the sleeping space. I placed the ottoman next to the chaise and nearly doubled its width as well as the length of the space from the back of the sofa to the front of the ottoman, it makes a huge corner. I use the length of the ottoman to make a second chaise opposite the real chaise. This will give cut down on the fight for the chaise on move mights! Using the length, the makeshift chaise is nearly the same length as the actual chaise. I have actually used the ottoman as a table as well. Love the flexibility of this product. The linking pins are included in the purchase. They connect the sofa and chaise. Even still there is a little slippage since the connection is not a tight one. It's not loose enough to worry about slipping through, but you may lose a few coins, here and there. Cons: Too soon to tell. So far, I can't think of one. Neutrals: The fabric is beautiful, but the color allows you to see every fallen crumb and since I have a furbaby, every dog hair shows as well. It does clean up easily. The fabric is not a natural fabric, as indicated in the description. At this price point, it wouldn't expect the fabric to be natural fiber. The fabric can be a little stiff. When putting it together, it is better to "dry fit" the pieces after you put the bolts in the sofa backs, to make sure you understand where everything goes. The directions aren't the worst, but they aren't that great, either. It is easy enough to figure out.

Love this couch for the price. Firm and that’s probably my favorite part. Super comfy and I fall asleep too easily sometimes. Easy to assemble except getting the cushion out of the bottom of ottoman where it’s stored for shipping. Sharp pieces and did not want to rip fabric and a very tight fit. The ottoman cushion is a bit larger than frame. Super stylish and great color. Overall I would purchase again especially for the price.

At first, after spending over $1000 for this, I was excited, thinking I was getting something really nice and worth sitting on to relax and enjoy tv. BUT NOPE. as I took everything out the boxes and began to assemble, I noticed how cheap the wood and fabric was. Then I found some areas with cuts in the fabric, and some of the wood with splits. Thankgod the cuts in fabric was easy to fix, and gorilla wood glued the splits in the wood. But I looked passed all that because of its beauty. UNTIL I started itching like I had fiberglass on me, so i read the labels on it, and realized it contains chemicals known to cause cancer and and it not fire resistant. That's something not mentioned in the advertisement or description prior to purchase. So now I wish I could just unscrew everything and repack it and ship it back, but I cant afford it and dont have time. So now I'm stuck with a bad product that I'll have to put a cover over just to use. Needless to say, I am not a happy customer. And I would love nothing more then for the company to come to my house and pack it and take it back.

The couch is amazing, works perfect for our apartment. It was fairly easy to put together. It’s not the most comfortable, but not uncomfortable. I figure it will be better with a little use. NSD... the shipping service started off great. I ordered on a Wednesday and it made it from California to Arkansas within a week, then I noticed delivery had been changed from Wednesday the 13th to Saturday the 9th between 12&4. So about 9 am I have some lady beating on my door, I didn’t answer but opened the balcony door as she was walking away and come to find out the delivery person dropped my boxes at apartment 1 instead of 10. NO 30 minute call. No call to figure out where apartment 10 is?? It’s pouring rain, tornadoes in the area today. I called NSD and spoke to a lady that was so nice. She couldn’t get an answer at the local terminal bc they’re closed on Saturday’s and had no way of contacting the driver. She was so apologetic and thought this was absolutely horrible. Fortunately I was able to get someone to help me carry the boxes to my apartment. We did have to wait for the storms to pass before getting the boxes. Thankfully they were wrapped in plastic so they weren’t damaged by the rain. I’m truly disappointed in the delivery, not everyone knows someone that can help so the set could have been ruined.

I don't like to down-rate products on Amazon simply because the seller is putting in a lot of effort to sell something but, to be honest, it is just an OK chair with its own beauty. If it can come cheaper, then maybe it would be a case of "you get what you paid for". The comfort is simply just average. If you know your way around assembling stuff, then you are good to go. The most important point of trouble for me is the metal provided to hold the chase and couch together. I don't know if they didn't do a proper product design analysis and testing, that metal does not hold anything. It was in fact destroying the chair. The chase and couch just kept going separate ways (especially when the chair isn't leaning on a wall). I had to improvise a way of joining the chase and couch together. I simply couldn't stand the stress of returning the chair as I am heavily pregnant and could not carry heavy stuff as I have initially begged the neighbors to help me bring the heavy packages in initially.

I purchased this item back in 2019, and now it is 2025. It has been moved three times and is still holding up well. The item comes apart into two pieces, which makes it easy to transport. You can store the pillows inside the bottom compartment, making it convenient for storage. The box that the cushion sits on is lightweight, so moving it is easy. Although I've had it for seven years, it's starting to show some wear due to kids sitting and sleeping on it, as well as my dog. Despite this, it has remained sturdy overall. I find it adorable, and it’s easy to clean—I’ve cleaned it a few times. It provides ample storage in the bottom, and I love the black color and the studded design. It's also easy to assemble, quite firm, and fairly lightweight, which is a definite plus when moving several times over the years.

Updated after 6 weeks: Originally gave 4 stars. Reducing to two now. To build: I struggled with maneuvering the big pieces around a bit, but otherwise was relatively simple to put together. It just took 2 sets of hands, for me. Finished in about 1 hour and 15 minutes. The couch is big, as expected, reversible chaise is a convenient feature, and it WAS the right level of firmness, for me. Originally 4 stars because it was delayed 3 times up to 2 weeks for delivery, so I was sitting in the floor of my new apartment for that time, which was not a pleasant situation. Now I reduce to 2 stars after 6 weeks with it, finding the quality lacking. Update details: I’ve had the couch for almost 2 months, and the wood frame seems to be giving way under the cushions slowly. I’m the only one who uses the couch and I simply sit or lay on it. Nothing crazy. It was normal and firm at first except for one area between two cushions with a hard, slightly protruding/unleveled plank on the frame between two of the cushions. The unlevel wooden region is so uncomfortable, you cannot sit there. You must choose a cushion and commit. It also makes laying down painful. Is giving me back pain now. The cushions are losing their shape after 6 weeks of regular use by one person. I cannot believe the poor quality for how much I spent on this. I went over budget for this- it was a mistake.
