This couch is really nice. I was worried it was going to be too dark based off of the customer reviews but the color is great. This couch is 104 inches across and 75 inches long (where the chaise is). The packaging it came in was slightly damaged, but the delivery guy brought it right inside even though I selected front porch delivery. That was nice. It was also delivered in 6 days which was awesome. The back cushions have Velcro strips to keep them in place but 2 of the cushions came defective and didn't have the strips. There was also a tiny hole in a cushion, a snag, and the lining under the couch was ripped about 6 inches. Amazon did provide me with a partial refund because of these issues. The sofa cushions are firm which is nice because they will wear well. The back cushions are very plush. This sofa came in 3 boxes and by 2 different delivery companies on separate days. The sofa was very simple to assemble. It took me about 45 minutes to unpack it and assemble it. I had it done before my husband got back from the store. I also like that it is high enough off of the ground that my Roomba can get under it. For the price of this sofa, I am so very pleased. It is gorgeous, comfortable, and affordable. Plus the perfect size. We needed a sofa that was 120 W x 76 L and couldn't find one but when i came across this I snagged it up. ... show more

I have exactly 24 hours of use with this product so take this review for what it's worth. Service? Excellent. The seller called as expected and delivered early. The product was well wrapped and protected. Pros: I realize that I hadn't read the product information well enough because I was surprised that the legs were real wood (and beautifully stained). Each included customer picture showed the sectional sitting along a wall. I was concerned that it was an indication that the product was too weak to stand alone. I tend to place furniture in the center of the room and am pleased to say that this product stands firmly without needing to be braced. I so appreciate the photos, fellow verified buyers. They really helped me make the decision to buy. So glad I did. The jet black fabric is beautiful. It has a tuxedo finish and is just gorgeous. It is complimented by the nails head trim and looks far more expensive than it is. So far, the back is surprisingly strong with only two bolts holding down each section. There is no creaking with this product. I wouldn't advise trying to sit on one of the arms or the back of the sofa, however. The ottoman is HUGE! The size of the ottoman makes the sectional feel modular. The seats are not very deep, as with most sectionals, so when my grandson fell asleep on the sofa, I pushed the ottoman next to it and doubled the sleeping space. I placed the ottoman next to the chaise and nearly doubled its width as well as the length of the space from the back of the sofa to the front of the ottoman, it makes a huge corner. I use the length of the ottoman to make a second chaise opposite the real chaise. This will give cut down on the fight for the chaise on move mights! Using the length, the makeshift chaise is nearly the same length as the actual chaise. I have actually used the ottoman as a table as well. Love the flexibility of this product. The linking pins are included in the purchase. They connect the sofa and chaise. Even still there is a little slippage since the connection is not a tight one. It's not loose enough to worry about slipping through, but you may lose a few coins, here and there. Cons: Too soon to tell. So far, I can't think of one. Neutrals: The fabric is beautiful, but the color allows you to see every fallen crumb and since I have a furbaby, every dog hair shows as well. It does clean up easily. The fabric is not a natural fabric, as indicated in the description. At this price point, it wouldn't expect the fabric to be natural fiber. The fabric can be a little stiff. When putting it together, it is better to "dry fit" the pieces after you put the bolts in the sofa backs, to make sure you understand where everything goes. The directions aren't the worst, but they aren't that great, either. It is easy enough to figure out. ... show more

Love this couch for the price. Firm and that’s probably my favorite part. Super comfy and I fall asleep too easily sometimes. Easy to assemble except getting the cushion out of the bottom of ottoman where it’s stored for shipping. Sharp pieces and did not want to rip fabric and a very tight fit. The ottoman cushion is a bit larger than frame. Super stylish and great color. Overall I would purchase again especially for the price. ... show more

At first, after spending over $1000 for this, I was excited, thinking I was getting something really nice and worth sitting on to relax and enjoy tv. BUT NOPE. as I took everything out the boxes and began to assemble, I noticed how cheap the wood and fabric was. Then I found some areas with cuts in the fabric, and some of the wood with splits. Thankgod the cuts in fabric was easy to fix, and gorilla wood glued the splits in the wood. But I looked passed all that because of its beauty. UNTIL I started itching like I had fiberglass on me, so i read the labels on it, and realized it contains chemicals known to cause cancer and and it not fire resistant. That's something not mentioned in the advertisement or description prior to purchase. So now I wish I could just unscrew everything and repack it and ship it back, but I cant afford it and dont have time. So now I'm stuck with a bad product that I'll have to put a cover over just to use. Needless to say, I am not a happy customer. And I would love nothing more then for the company to come to my house and pack it and take it back. ... show more
