I bought this couch in November 2017. I'm just now writing the review cuz ya gotta try it out first, right? The sectional came on several pallets and in perfect condition. Instructions weren't too bad, I got it put together fairly quickly (a couple hours max). It's held up pretty well to kids, cats, and a corgi. The arms feel a little... hollow? Like, you can feel the wood so there's not much padding but only when you lean on it with your elbow or something. The back cushions stay put with wide Velcro. The seat cushions are... ok. They deteriorated internally after the first year. The outside still looks great. I need to get a couple of pool noodles or bolsters or something to put on the ends to snug the cushions back together but I think I'm the only one that notices it. The batting that seals the bottom of the couch (es? Is it plural?) has velcro so I actually use it as storage for the seasonal decorative pillows. And, when we moved, I was able to put most of the sectional inside the base so that was cool. It's not Ethan Allen or anything but it's been a really great couch for the past few years and we don't plan on replacing it for a few more years. ... show more

The couch was delivered on the day promised exactly. It was packaged impeccably well. No damage anywhere. This was a perfect fit to our small living room. The back cushions are super comfortable and the bottom cushions are firm. That's what we wanted though. Love it!

Do Not Buy this couch. It's cheap cheap cheap cheap day 2 the backing broke from tucking In A pillow. They sent the wrong color ordered espresso received black. The nail detailing on the side is so off center you can tell no concern for quality went in to the build it looks like who ever made this was drunk. It also came with stains already on the leather, The feet had cheap plastic supports the were sent melted and the taks on The bottom of the feet were nailed in sideways Seariously wtf!!! ... show more

I have had this couch for aboue 6 months now and i absalutly love it. The only comment i have is it is a very firm couch.

Very good looking sofa for the price. Sadly, sitting on it is not so enjoyable. Cushions are pretty hard. Spills and food wipes off easy.
