The attached pictures speak for the extremely poor quality! We received the set today and got disappointed immediately after we opened the box. Stitches are off on back cushion (see picture 1). On the right side of the sofa (the arm part), there are white writing and painting (see picture 2-5). We tried hard and could not get rid of them. It's rediculius! It is the second set we bought from this brand (different model). We had to return the first set for some quality problems (stiches are off, uneven back cushion...) there is no quality control! ... show more

Couch is easy to assemble. Looks nice. Sofa is long enough for someone that is about 5'8 to stretch out on. Love Seat is smaller than expected. The back of the couch is short so there is no head or neck support. If your tall or a little on the heavy side this couch is not for you. As far as sturdy, on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the sturdiest; I would give it a 6. Took about two weeks for the couch to lose the chemical smell. This couch does not have springs, it has straps stapled on to the frame. The straps are woven together similar to a folding lawn chair. The couch is pretty comfy, on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the most comfortable I would give it a 7. For the money I think it’s worth it. I’ll update my review after about 6 months. ... show more

Product Quality: The wood used for the sofa frame felt very cheap and rough. It would not be able to sustain the normal use even for a year. I am thankful that I didn't keep it. The bonded leather fabric was very bad quality too. I have used other sofa and chairs consisting bonded leather, but this one had cheapest bonded leather available in the whole world. Delivery Experience: Sofa set arrived badly damaged without much signs of damage to the outside of the boxes. It appeared that this was stored on an uneven surface (sort of half of sofa on a pallet and other half touching the ground) for a long time and other heavy items were stacked on top of this. Return Experience: The seller was responsive to damage complaints but sort of penalized me for not marking the damaged on delivery note (paperwork) at the time of delivery. This is unacceptable because it was curb-side delivery (not mentioned any where on Amazon) and truck driver insisted the signature before even taking the product off the truck. I am attaching some pictures here for you to see yourself. Bottomline, never ever buy this product. I would recommend Amazon to black-list this seller. ... show more

I like the couches (delivered today 6/1/21) however, they are black. Not espresso...no brown at all. Jet black. I initially was very upset as I could have paid a lot less and got a black couch right away. I waited over one month for this “espresso”. brown depicted couch. Which again is black. So just be aware. Couch is very firm which I wanted. Also it’s very light weight. Hope it last at least two years. ... show more

Very nice set. Easy to put together. I did not have any issues with the materials. Everything came in great shape. Items were packaged very well. This is not a top of the line set but does look very nice. I use it primarily as a home filler. I work a lot and just needed something to have when I do happen to be there. I received the sofa and love seat combo today. The items arrived on time as scheduled. I am delighted to say that the packaging was adequate. Therefore, I did not find any marks or scratches on the furniture. Also, I did the assembly all by myself and it was very easy to follow. The furniture looks great and everyone in the house said they found it to be very comfortable. One of the concerns I had was how it was built... will it be strong enough? So far I have to say that both the sofa and love seat are sturdy. However, I will probably return a few months from now to give an updated product review. Annie Great value for the money! I'm back after 3 years! 9/25/18. The set is still like the first day. We use this daily since is set in my family room. I often fall sleep there when watching tv at night. My German Shepherd Shadow gets on it from time to time. No problem. But I take care of it. I got it a nice cover since day one for daily wear which I take out during special occasions.. They r comfortable but it was delivered scratched, it also was left outside and the guy said he called but the Robles was when he left a message he didn’t say his name or where he was calling from or why just said call me, really how dumb can one be!

I've given them about a week to break them in and they've gotten somewhat better from the rock hard atrocities they were. The back cushions are too big so you have to sit up right and don't have a ton of actual room to sit. I've since used craigslist to get the rest of the furniture I need and highly highly recommend going that route. This is cheapest of the cheap in terms of price for new sofa love seat combo (thats a pro) but you can get a much higher quality used furniture for a fraction of this price. ... show more
