    • Keeps him off of my blinds somewhat...
My 5 month old kitten Jack sits in a window box for part of the day when I wfh. Since he's still a kitten, he is a bundle of energy and is rarely still except when he's napping. One of his favorite things is to get in the windows and pull on the strings of my window blinds. When he was smaller, I could just tie the string out of his reach but now "Jack B. Nimble" is so agile that he can usually find a way to get to whatever he wants...especially if it's something I don't want him to touch. I got these to put in the main window he sits in to distract him from my window blinds. By and large, it has worked. He still occasionally goes for my blinds but not as much. Plus these are very cute. The one thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that I wish they came with reusable strong suction cups instead of the sticky hooks. I would like more freedom in being able to move them around without having to have something stuck to my windows. That would give me more control over placement. For instance, since my office faces the front of the house, I placed the hook on the side of the window so the toy wouldn't be too visible from outside...but now I realize I should have had it further over and up higher because I can still see it from the outside. With a suction cup, I would have had the luxury of a little trial and error/flexibility with placement. ... show more

Our cats really enjoy playing with these, as does my daughter's Great Dane puppy (yes, he thinks he's a cat). The only problem is if you have very active cats, the toy part can be pulled off. And, when said cats decide to pull the toy to its breaking point, be extremely careful not to get shot by the toy flying through the air on the elastic string. ... show more

    • They had fun!
They aren’t very sturdy but the cats had fun. One of my cats grabs the dangling toy and makes a run for it! She always wins! You can keep tying them back on. The longest last have been the ones that don’t have the larger toy. This is more for human entertainment because the catnip gets them going!

My cat never stops playing with these. It goes on all day. The bells are also super easy to remove because the constant ringing was getting to be a bit much! He's usually bored with toys within the hour, but he has been entertained for weeks now.

I didn't use the enclosed sticky disc, I took that off and attached the hook onto a ring I had screwed into a door frame. My two kittens are now obsessed and they play with it constantly!

    • Can cause stomach blockage and kill your cats if you don't remove streamers and googly eyes.
My cats are obsessed with these toys, they love them. But only a few hours later I found one of the streamers in their vomit. Removed all chockable parts from the toys and now they should be safe. (Googly eyes and plastic streamers) If they were to eat enough of the streamers, it could cause a blockage and potentially kill your cats. ... show more
