It’s very flimsy and soft. It doesn’t straighten up your back. But instead while wearing it, it feels more like a reminder for you to keep your back straight yourself. It’s comfortable but don’t expect it do keep your back straight for you. You’ll have to keep it straighten yourself.

Cheap and very good quality. The product works amazingly, you can feel the difference as soon as you put it on. All tho it is slight uncomfortable near the armpit area as it kinda diggs in but should be good as it was my first time try it out.

It took me two tries of putting it on to get it to sit properly and not slip up against my neck. Once I figured out I had to position it a little lower it was comfortable. I did notice the straps cut into my armpits a bit if I needed to reach straight forward, but it didn't bother me as I sat at my desk working.
