I ordered this because my chiropractor whom I’ve been working with for 2 years suggested I might need it to enhance his adjustments. I’ve used this posture corrector for a month now. I am feeling the difference. I feel like I am able to have more mobility. And the strap extenders have helped me share it with my boyfriend too. I purchased this for work to encourage better posture. I stand for upwards for 10 hours and noticed a tad bit of slumping leading to pain in my neck and shoulders. Would def recommend as a viable option for those looking for a posture correction.

This posture corrector is amazing. I work sitting down most of the day and I needed something to help my back. Since I have started to use it my back pain decreased. My chiropractor recommended I use a posture strap to help get me right. I was having upper back pains and felt STIFF....that feeling you get when you need to pop your knuckles but can't? Yes that. So he bent me up and folded me around and vuala! I was good. I purchased this to help me maintain the work my chiropractor did and let me tell you. It helps! I thought I'd be able to wear it 24/7 but after the 1 hour I came out of BUT my posture was still straight. I wouldn't recommend wearing it longer than an hour at a time because it gets a little painful. This is something you need to gradually increase usage with. Our bodies have been bent outta shape for who knows how long so it'll take some time to adjust. But I highly recommend it!!!

This neoprene-feeling posture corrector is super easy to use and can be worn under or on top of all shirts I wear. It doesn’t have to be worn all the time to be effective. I wear it while doing office work at my computer and when I can feel stress in my neck and shoulders. Wearing the support is not uncomfortable at all—it is very easy to adjust. All adjustments I need can be done from the front by releasing the “Velcro-type” material and lifting up or pulling down. 10/10 recommend—5 stars!
