Another in a long line of great HP computers. This is a laptop with great storage, fast response time and a really nice screen. At 15" it's plenty big enough so you don't strain your eyes and the color rendering is spot on. It's light to carry and has plenty of I/O's for connectivity. The keyboard has a nice feel and gives positive feedback when you press a key. Great value for the money. Recommend.

Decent budget laptop. Never had touchscreen, find that I rarely use. Could benefit being back-lit as well as easier to open. As grip is not very helpful so I tend to lift the whole laptop unless I use two hands. (May be insignificant until you need to open one handed ;-) Works well and fast for what I use for. Able to take around easily as not heavy at all. Im not a fan of size however needed a number pad. No issues with storage....as of yet. Screen glares a lot and just isnt the best if watching something.

It’s fast, has good size print /icon settings for visibility and isn’t glitchy (yet). Seems to run well so far. Cons: battery drains so fast!, forced to run Edge, doesn’t have the ability to change screen saver except within allowed provided images, doesn’t allow for a menu bar on homepage of internet and doesn’t allow you to edit the homepage. A little more ability to customize would be preferable. Not sure if I would have purchased knowing all of this now. Although, it does allow certain changes it threatens that you will be irreversibly losing the current settings/system but it does so in computer speak. If you are a computer whiz, it won’t be a problem for workarounds. I’m just not super savvy with technology.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve written to the Seller, let’s see if they respond, but the machine will not allow me to complete the setup process. The trackpad requires multiple pushes to get it to register, so perhaps the laptop was damaged in transit. As others have said, it was packaged very poorly- dropped loosely in a much larger box with nothing to keep it from banging around. Neither the trackpad, the arrow keys, nor the touchscreen will allow me to scroll down to hit “accept” and continue the registration. Very disappointing. I will update this review if Customer Service makes things right. UPDATE: the seller immediately offered a return. Meanwhile, I was able to get through the setup process on the 7th try. I dont know what the glitch was or whether the machine or Windows 11 was at fault, but Im in now. Also as others have said, the thing defaults to Windows Safe Mode- which is annoying, but can be switched through a little effort. Im still not a fan of the trackpad, it seems to not always register clicks, and sometimes seems to click on its own! but, the memory is good for a laptop at this price and it will do what I need it to do for work for the next few months, so I will keep it.

Very pleased at quality of product and happy to make the right choice to save money by getting the remanufactured one!! We Saved hundreds of dollars!
