Wearing the back support and posture corrector brace helps me stand straighter while keeping my shoulders back. The adjustable Velcro straps can be adjusted for your comfort. My only issue is I need to wear a T shirt under the brace for comfort and it makes me hot when I go on my walks. Overall I think it is helping me.

Absolutely love this brace. I am an elderly woman struggling with the beginnings of poor posture/slouching. I have tried other braces/supports which just ended up cutting into my armpits making it so uncomfortable that I couldn’t wear them longer than half an hour or so. This one fits so well that I can literally wear it all day, comfortably. When my back/shoulders ache I can put the brace on and within minutes feel the relief of muscle tension. It’s also much easier to put on than others I have tried. I’ve not had it long, but wear it at least five times a week and the Velcro is still strong and holding well. I highly recommend this product.

I have a long term shoulder injury that over time has forced my shoulder out of alignment, causing pain and limited range of motion. My orthopedic surgeon recommended a brace much like this one, but it wasn’t affordable nor covered by my insurance. After much research I and trial and error (4 other “posture correctors” bought and returned as they either didn’t work or were extremely uncomfortable, digging into my underarms and causing chafing and bruising). This brace is extremely comfortable, effective in correcting my shoulder alignment, and easy to fit correctly with clear instructions provided. It has eased my shoulder and back pain tremendously. I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase.

Very adjustable. I use it for a few hours a day and do some posture exercises while I have it on. It does teach me to be in better position as after using it just a few times, I am standing straighter. The physical therapist said not to wear it all the time as depending on it to stand straight all the time would weaken posture muscles.
