I bought this computer for personal use, and to keep orders from my personal business. I had it for 6mos, and it refused to boot up. I called HP, and sent back to fix it under warranty. I received email from HP advising Warranty was voided due to someone replacing the 8gb ram with 3rd party 16gb RAM. I called Amazon, and I STILL can't get this resolved!! DO NOT BUY THIS FROM AMAZON, GO STRAIGHT TO HP. It's also cheaper, I found one at HP for $699, and Amazon sells it for over $1200, and you can't be sure they haven't voided the warranty. ... show more

This computer does okay for a year. I arrived with half the memory that it should have which is a big part of the expense. I'm under 2 years it is crashing. Will be the last time we buy HP.
