The media could not be loaded. I’ve been wearing this for 4 days and it definitely helps! I work at a desk all day and wanted something to help my posture. While it doesn’t do much for lower back slouching, it’s does amazing for upper back slouching. There are 3 adjustable straps on each side, ensuring a custom fit. I wish I had gotten a small instead of a medium though. I’m 5’4” and 155. It’s easy to move in, breathable, and really comfortable. Overall I think it’s a great investment and reasonable priced especially for how durable and well made it is.

I found myself hunching over alot when I sat or stood for long periods of time, thus causing my back muscles to ache. Therefore, I thought I would try this Posture Corrector in hopes to relieve some stress off of my back muscles. It actually does the trick and finding much needed relief! To be honest, at first I was not use to wearing this corrector so I did find it uncomfortable for the first few days, but now that I am use to it, I find it pretty comfortable. The Posture Corrector also fits pretty well around my back, shoulders and abdomen. It is also durable and light weight. To get use to the Posture Corrector, I would recommend that you only wear it for an hour for the first few days, then increase your time to 2 hours. The Posture Corrector is packaged with detailed instructions on how to put it on and take it off. The instructions also has a "Do's and Don't section, which I highly recommend that you read! Overall, the product is worth the money and I would recommend it to those who find themsevles themselves continually hunched over like myself.
