These were nice little baking and serving dishes, but were smaller than I anticipated. They take the measurements from the wide brim, but the dishes narrow down to a smaller base, and don't hold as much as I needed. Admittedly my needs were very specific: we were traveling with a Breville oven, and had to cook four Thanksgiving side dishes in the oven at one time. I had to have the maximum size for each. I ended up with some rectangular glass ones that each held about 50% more than these. If you understand that the dishes are a bit smaller than their measurements seem, you should be happy. The dishes themselves are just as pictured and arrived in good shape. ... show more
