The provided user manual has broken link to download the Android SDK. without the SDK this device is a useless. this device has no model number where i can search online for the SDK.

Pros, Likes, and Features *I like it holds my S22 Ultra but the holding posts aren't high enough for a complete hold *Easy to bluetooth connect and usage concept is nice, just need to develop the connection and integrate with your website and/or software on your phone Cons *Will not hold the S22 Ultra 5G with a case on it at all. So I cannot use this without losing my phones protective case which I am not going to do. I love the universal function of this pos printer. Just need to integrate with the website or app software for printer use. My problem is that my S22 ultra is just a tad thick and just at the length to fit in this. The case will not fit in it so because of that I cannot use this without risking my phone coming off and falling and breaking. I am not risking something over 20x the value of this printer to use this printer. Great concept but I think the holding capability needs to be extended another inch and the holding capability thickened about another .5 inches to be compatible with more devices. May be nice to have sides too to hold large phones with cases completely in it. Then it would be a much nicer capable pos printer. Otherwise this isn't usable without a smaller and thinner phone. Came with 1 roll of paper and a charging cable but nothing else. A charging block and more paper would have been nice but it may hold credit card machine receipt paper which would be nice also if it can as I have a ton just not in the same place as I am now for testing and not going to worry about that not being able to use it now without a phone that would fit in it. When I ordered this, I have really high hopes for it. I had a couple of issues with it. First, the app it works with is all in and oriental language (I am assuming Chinese, but not 100% sure that is right.) Second, when I downloaded the app onto my phone, it also added a bunch of bloatware games and crap on my phone...which I don't trust not to contain viruses or spyware...maybe if I could read said language from the app, I could trust this app...but I just don't. Third, the user pamphlet that came with it have quite vague directions and I just can't figure out how to program my products into the machine. So, this machine was kind of a dud for me for now. Might ask a friend who does speak/read Chinese if she can help me figure it out. I am not computer coding person and the limit of my foreign language skills are based in the latin romace languages. ... show more
