This item was stored in a clear plastic bag. After opening, I pulled the case out. It has a hard shell on all sides and a stylized stethoscope on the top of it to designate its purpose. After opening the zipper, it opens lengthwise along the long side. The one side has just the right amount of room for a stethoscope in it without being too large or too small. It also has soft, satin-like fabric that lines it. The top of it has a mesh with a zipper that runs down the middle of it so that you can put your accessories in there. Both the inside and outside zippers opened and closed easily with multiple tests and did so without any snagging or problems. The case is listed as water-resistant, and after dropping some water on it, I would agree with this statement. The water didn’t penetrate it in any way, beaded up a little, and eventually just dried up on the surface after a few minutes. It has a handle on it so you can carry it around. The stethoscope moved around inside the case as I did so, jostled by the movement. I would have appreciated some molded foam rubber inside the case to prevent this from happening. But it seemed to protect it well enough when placed in a backpack to carry around. Littmann stethoscopes are known for their high quality and sensitivity to sound, as well as how much they cost. Using a case like this is a sound purchase to prevent such a valuable medical tool from becoming damaged while bringing it to places. Though this case can hold any kind of stethoscope, not just a Littmann one. Overall, this is a nice, hard-shelled. water-resistant case that will protect your stethoscope when it's not in use and help ensure its longevity when being transported to locations where it will be needed to help others.

I got this as a perfect accessory for my daughter’s nursing school adventure. She wanted to house her stethoscope (Littmann Classic 3) in a safe place , and this case fits the bill. There’s a zippered compartment to hold other accessories such as a hemostat, trauma shears, and a pen light, but overall the case isn’t too large. The construction and materials seem to be good, and the handle is securely attached. The purple color unique and easily found among other backpack contents. I think it’s fairly priced at about $17.

A normal person's review of a product that came my way. This case is everything you imagine it to be. It's like an oversized pencil case or any soft shelled case you have likely bought over the last decade. This is one of the nicer ones I have had however. The cases have a woven or cubic pattern texture to them and they look very sharp. The material is not abrasive and doesn't look like the kind of material that will pill over time or have pulled threads. The zippers are standard affair and I did not notice anything of concern. The case is rigid enough that you can unzip it without having to chase the zipper or pull it taught. I have suitcases with a similar zipper config and you can overstuffed this case and there's some give to the body to allow for some odd shapes. Given the embossed medical logo I planned on using these for storage of cold flu, ointments, and first aid and they worked great. I fit a 300 count adhesive bandages box in this and triple antibiotics and disinfectant wipes. Careful applications of rubber bands and its not hard to keep them organized in a compartment-less case like this. Really love the zipper lid as well to keep chopsticks and thinner items. Plenty of depth for like size items. The handle is not adjustable so you cannot sling it. No attachment points either to do so. But it seemed well attached and I really enjoyed the feel of the fabric. Doesn't feel cheep or tagged on afterthought. These would also make great kids color pencil cases and like crafting storage. If you can get over the embossed lid. I recommend this. I've got a 40 cases in my life and these are the better of the ones I've seen.

This is a review of the Portable Stethoscope Case Compatible with 3M Littmann Classic III, Lightweight II S.E, Cardiology, MDF, Hard Stethoscopes Case with Mesh Pocket for Accessories Medical Scissors Thermometer (Purple). My Littmann cardiology stethoscope fits very nicely in this lightweight case. My last stethoscope cracked after a few years, and I appreciate the added protection from this case to keep my new stethoscope safe. The case is affordable, but sturdy enough that it should last several years. I really like the fun purple color--if I need to find my case quickly in my bag, it is very easy to see. The mesh pocket holds several pens or other small tools, and keeps them from marking up my stethoscope. Overall, I am very happy with this stethoscope case.

My stethoscope didn't come with a case so until now I've just been putting it in my bag as is. I feel so much better knowing that my stethoscope is safe inside of this case and I can toss it in my bag without worrying about damage

This is a nice case, lightweight, and indeed perfect size for a stethoscope. It does fit a little bit more though not a ton. Seems easy to wipe, water resistant. Zips easily and has a nice sturdy zipper pull. I like the color. I got this to carry my stethoscope in another bag so it would have protection and I guess it does give that outer protection to whatever other items you can fit in there. It has a handle but I don’t see myself carrying this around on its own. I would use the handle to pull the case out of a bigger bag. I wish the case was maybe just a little bigger for more storage. But as a case for just stethoscope it definitely will fit- maybe could be even be smaller for that purpose.
