The form factor is neat, looks like wireless headphones. The settings are clear. Tiny buttons with great tactile feedback. Press and hold the one with a bump to turn on, the other to turn off. Single presses to adjust temp. Overall a beautiful design. Charges via usb c. But Charger is NOT included, you must provide your own USB charger. Can be charged and used while walking, riding, in car or plane etc. Dislikes: the heating element is tiny. The highest temp setting is a very warm 58*C but it will not heat up the neck tissue like a heating pad, which you need to treat neck pain. Although the temperature gets somewhat high, the heat is insufficient because the size of the heating element OR mass of the heater is low. This heater is great for somebody who just wants to relax their neck, or as a neck warmer in winter, but if you need more than that, you will need something larger. I think the battery lasts over an hour on a full charge on full heat, possibly over 2 hours on lower settings. It’s soft on the skin, with zero sharp edges or pressure points. Like I said, a very well executed product but not for my use. If they came up with a larger heating element design with double the battery, I would definitely buy. For now, I’ll look for other products on Amazon ... show more

wish I had these when my grandsons were playing soccer. I think these are great. I could be a little chilly in the house and put these on and just warms me enough. I was out on the deck and it was about 68 and felt a little cool. put these on and was just right.

I have anemia and am always cold. I used to have a heated scarf but it stopped working, which led me to purchase this neck warmer. This has several advantages over the heated scarf: (1) It gets hotter than a heated scarf (2) You can wear any color scarf over it whereas you only have 1 color option with a heated scarf (3) It's more compact and (4) You can control the temperature settings. I'm really surprised at how awesome it performs. I paired it with a heated jacket and didn't really need the jacket because the neck warmer kept me really warm. I had some expectation issues with this item and the seller immediately resolved them. How awesome. I will definitely buy from this seller again. I assumed that the warmth would be circular where I can reach my hands up and hold the edges when my hands were cold or warm fully around my neck to take the bite out of the cold where I can put my face down towards my scarf and grab some warmth, however, it only warms the back of the neck and it does get pretty warm on the highest setting which may be too warm for some.
