My wife bought this machine already but had to return for a replacement. When she got it she wanted to change the threads to match clothing she was hemming, But the bobbin thread would not come up, the needle threaded wouldn’t go up and around mechanism correctly, and because it is a mini machine the parts instead are plastic and therefore the timing could not be adjusted for the bobbin and needle thread to come together. She decided to send for a replacement hoping next one will work. So Right now I’m giving this ONE…. A 4 star because she has been able to use it straight out of the box. It came already threaded with white thread. She changed the top thread to match the clothing being hemmed. Top thread is viable on outside and white inside won’t matter. Going to hem what she can then attempt to change the bobbin thread. We will update our review when we have results if she’d keeping it or sending this one back also. FYI not a seamstress, extreme beginner at best but besides the bobbin issue with the last one this little machine seems to be perfect for beginners. She’s using it on her little table with no problems.

I really disappointed by this. I mean the appearance is cute. The size was great. The value for the money was great durability it’s durable, but it kept jamming. I mean as soon as I took it out the box and I know how to use the sewing machine, it just jammed and jammed and jammed, and I haven’t even been able to use it yet so very disappointed by this I definitely would not recommend unless you have lots of time to spend unraveling it. It wasn’t a very productive piece of equipment.
