I've used a bunch of similar massagers, this one is one of the few that has surprisingly strong vibration. The head isn't well isolated from the handle though, so it can get a bit tiring to use after awhile. Overall though, easily one of my favorites.

The strength power goes from low straight to high then you have to work down, it doesn't cycle. It goes low, high, med high, med then low. Hello we like to work our way up! Not go low to blast! ugh that a horrible design flaw imo. Also Too many vibration patterns if you accidentally hit that button your 2 mins to get back to where you were. This is not a muscle massager. This is just a glorified name for a vibrator, which I don’t need. I wanted a good strong pulsation for my bursitis on my right arm. It does not work.
