This speaker is actually pretty awesome! The downfall, its battery! No way I have gotten 20 hours of playtime! I would recommend this product again! I would recommend to the manufacturer to increase battery size to better balance out the battery. I can get 6 to 8 hours...again great sound!

I hate I threw the box away. This speaker was a Christmas gift to myself. It doesn’t hold a charger long at all. When fully charged it works for maybe an hr! I need to contact customer service and see what I can do about getting a new one although I don’t have the box.

The media could not be loaded. My son used his birthday money to buy this and we've actually all been pleasantly surprised. It has quickly become the family speaker. It's easy to carry, connects to all of our phones without an issue, and the sound is much better than I expected for this price. We've only had it a few weeks so I can't speak to the longevity of it yet, but I'm hopeful. The kids love the light up aspects and option to turn the Bass on/off.
