This item is great👍 I have tested the speed for the item and it’s great. I’ve gotten 960mbps in my ps5 while also using the pc I’ve gotten 950mbps. Using both of at the same time with this product didn’t create any lag or delays. Would recommend, it was simple to set up and easy to use and it’s functionality is great so far and it doesn’t take much space and fits well with CAT8 Ethernet and I think it was pretty worth it.

So far so good! Bought because I am a console gamer and need connectivity to my work computer and my Xbox. Has done a good job so far. Just be wary it doesn't come with the two cords to split it as disclosed in the details of the item.

Works Perfectly

This is a great little splitter. It was super easy to install and required no special setup. I had previously purchased two cheaper splitters from Amazon, one worked fine but the other didn’t. So I got this to replace the faulty one. It worked perfectly as soon as I installed it to split the line so my Blu-ray player and my cable box. It was a bit more expensive than the other ones, but it’s worth it since it actually works.

Was perfect for what it was needed for. We were going from a land line to a VoIP and needed to hook the intranet cord into and split between computer and a fax machine and it worked great. Highly recommend. Easy to hook up no problems

Helpful ether expansion port

It worked right away as advertised plug and play system. Small and had two ports for output. Fyi need additional plug to power it i was not aware prior to purchase

Does not work on my school’s network!
Style: Ethernet Splitter 1 to 2
It must be known that this device is not plug and play on every network. I am a teacher and this device would not work as a passive splitter for the VOIP phone in my classroom. Pictures show that the phone works when plugged in directly with the wall Ethernet cable, but will not work when connected through the splitter. The lights on the back of the splitter show that it is receiving power and internet, but on the front of the device neither port is lighting up (especially the one the VOIP phone is plugged in to). More than likely, this is due to network restrictions rather than a malfunction from the splitter. However, the description on Amazon claims the device is plug and play and works with PoE and VOIP phones. If this worked passively, it would work on any network, however the device must not and must require its own IP address to function appropriately. Being a teacher, I don’t have access to make modifications to the school’s network. I want to make this post to give those in similar situations the heads up and not make the same mistake as me. This would most likely be the case for any splitter, not just this one, but the rating comes from the lack of warning from a trusted company like TP-Link. I have a lot of personal TP-Link devices that are used daily and I love them, but I expected more from them on this. Sorry if you don’t agree.

Simple but Quality

Plug and play install and working great. Has LED indicator for power and data transfer/successful Ethernet connection. I have this hooked up to an 8 port TP-LINK switch. The USB C power input I’ve hooked up to my PC USB A port. Super small and good metal construction. Such a simple product but saved me a lot of time and money.
